Sharebel you answered your own question. The mcap is still this low because as you say it's only potential. Until they drill and verify the resource then that's all it is. Progress is snail like.

DP himself said commercial viability not until 2027. Well you can add at least a year to that if past performance is anything to go by. DP also stated JORC by middle of this year. Not started drilling yet, need permits, so that is unlikely to happen this year.

No chance of a takeover given this scenario and JV although possible very unlikely. There will doubtless be another placing this year though. Many other posters here have slammed the CEO over the years and I can understand why.

JC21 appreciate your opinion and balanced replies. However they are based on trust in the CEO which I currently don't have. What else was he going to say in his reply to your email? Are they working hard on many fronts? Who knows but plenty care. An operational update is required to inform investors. As I have said before DP talks a good game, loves nothing better, apart from a discounted placing, than telling us how much resource is potentially down there and how valuable it is but can he deliver positive progress?

That contradicts DP saying in last December’s stockbox interview that drilling would commence in a month. Well over a month now and so far nothing.

The drilling presumably to help upgrade the resource from inferred to indicated which DP said in the same interview was needed for a jorc.

So basically he was outlining the same plan in 2023 as he is now in 2025.

The commercial viability date is not the problem here. GGP for instance took off and made investors a fortune back in 2020 on the back of what they discovered in the ground but was years before they mined any gold.

Problem here is lack of an operational update. Nobody has a clue what, if anything is going on. The CEO talks a good game, was quick to jump on the germanium and zinc shortage announcements, raised a shed load at a large discount, gave an extremely bullish interview about what they were going to do with all that money and ever since has remained stum.

Have they started drilling yet as the CEO promised in the podcast? Can he be trusted after pumping the stock with the germanium and zinc shortage RNS’s before dumping it the very next day with the large dilution heavily discounted placing?

Not so sure. Jury is still out on that one. Strange no news to date to back up that placing.
