Avocet read the last operational update RNS dated 11 Feb. Categorically states they are awaiting drilling permits before drilling can commence and they will inform the market when they have been received. This after David Price stated in the Stockbox interview back in December that they had the permits already and drilling would start in a month. Ho hum. His explanation in the RNS being that the position of the drill holes had changed and new permits were needed.

This is the CEO you are dealing with. For comparison look at GSCU and the fast progress they are making and read and listen to their CEO in a similar Stockbox interview. The comparison is startling.

What isn’t in doubt is that the CEO is forever making good money here whilst the investors aren’t.

And why would DP defer his cash payout of £50k until a later time? Can they really be cash poor? If so where did it all go? Intriguing if nothing else.

StMartins why would Hellenic accept 185m shares at today's price which is much less than £300k?

CTSFO we all fear another placing but for what? Yes drilling is expensive but DP raised over £1m since last September. How could even he justify another raise so soon especially as so little has been spent recently on operations?

Other miners are increasing value by drilling and proving up resources. When was the last time ROCK did any drilling? What DP is clever at is doing scans and declaring increase of 500% followed by double the total resource when it hasn't come close yet to being proven.

Next week is key here. Will it be permits arrived, drilling to commence or will it be no operational news as usual and a dreaded placing?

So the low sp here is all down to Brexit and Trump? Laughable! And all the junior miners that have done so well over that time period, of which there are many, is due to what? Could it be a CEO that puts value for investors first and his personal gain second? A CEO that spends placing money wisely, drills and proves up the resource instead of just scanning the ground and declaring an inferred resource?

Three things you can definitely say about David Price. 1) He loves a discounted placing. 2) He has been rewarded handsomely over the years with salary and share options. 3) He has failed to deliver any gains for the investor, in his time at the helm the sp has plummeted to where it is today.

The buck stops with the CEO, not your personal political opinions. Progress at Molaoi is snail like. Still awaiting drilling permits that in the December Stockbox interview he said he had and drilling would commence in January.

Lenoman what results are you expecting DP to release soon? The last operational RNS he categorically states that the market will be informed when the new permits arrive and when drilling commences. This is the news we await.
