From my knowledge results aren't due until end of September.
Yep me! I sold £3ks worth at 60.68.. bought wirecard, sold wirecard, even though it kept going up, made a grand profit, bought £4ks back in cine at 60.92..
I don't know why you keep biting back lol
I'd wait to see the results for the 3rd quarter. As with all shares I hold. It'll be the foot lift to returning to near pre covid prices. Let's face it, the second quarter was pee poor. Rents will be paid as shops are taking in profits. This along ABF and TUI are my safe long term shares.
Someone mentioned 44p? Explain.
Johnatlaw- The only thing I believe that you said that was true is that you have no financial qualifications.
Woah.. this is some correction price down! Interesting, cause the FTSE is still slightly up with US futures following suit. USA have their 'jobs day' report on Thursday, which I believe will be above estimate, should give world wide markets a nudge in right direction.
58p for a Cineworld share.. didn't think I see that again!
The USA have to get their numbers down on infections, death rate is on the down tread, I think an average on 10 /12 dying in each state. Cases are on average 35 years olds.. but that's what the news is concentrating on. Big boot in the balls for trump. It'll probably take up to three months to control this. Europe has smashed it with their figures. But unfortunately, the USA carrys a lot of weight in the world markets.
See how the SP is until Thursday afternoon, a positive jobs number report, will be most welcomed, along with cases dribbling down. We'll see a rally like no other.
Yes, I read the CEO statements, figures and portfolios. All impressive in my view. The future objectives look very respectful and achievable. When I bought in NRR, it was definitely long term, 2-5 years.
Thanks for some very good points.
.... Hand sanitizer, face masks, social distancing, trained staff. Room temperature conditions..
Apologies if this had already be viewed.

Ok, all valid good posts. But, let's move forward 12/18months.
Covid, under control, public confidence has returned, and the FTSE is over 7000..
When's this being released? I'll go and go that! Lol
Yes agreed.. Saying your profit when the share price has fallen considerably can be classed as being an a hole. But... Any post with facts and figures are worth reading. You make your own decisions.
It's your money, it's your choice.. Del Boy..
With a NAV of £2.01. a decent looking portfolio, and malls and pubs reopening, rent will be paid. Third quarter will be the turnaround with all sectors. I don't honestly don't see how this price can not be in the 90s by then.
If there are any decent responses to this, I'd love to read them. Thank you.
I'm sorry Investroid. Can we get back to some normality on the this once decent BB?
Come on guys.. let's leave the *****ing to our wives..
Back in @ 64 or 73?
Keep an eye on USA futures.. massive influence.
A bit of sanity. Yay!!
Very good post!
Every company that sells shares were in dire conditions just before lockdown, 18/19p this was! Does anyone recall 2008/2009 recession? Prices went down next to nothing. A lot of people, including myself made a lot of money, one share I bought at 10p, went down to 5p! Ended up selling at 58p, that was just one share!! SPs rise and fall in news, good or bad. If anyone thinks the world is going to stop revolving on a pandemic, I'm sorry you are wrong. Keyboard warriors, not invested in anything, done their nuts selling at a loss, buying in and selling again at a loss posting the obvious in prices going down, they absolutely bore me. If you want to sell, sell!
The news at the moment, is today's news, tomorrow's news and probably 6 months time news. People buy shares thinking they can invest £1000 pound and make 50% profit in a week are not educated.
Now, I'm in no position to day buy, sell or hold. Just look at the bigger picture here, 2/3 years down the line this share and 90% of all others will give a minimum of 50% profit. USA is unfortunately the country in the world that is suffering with massive increases of cases, does anyone think the whole continent is going to die?
Today's price means diddly to what it will be in a years time. USA will sort itself out, like the rest of the world has.
Good luck on your investment/s.
