Don't read so much in the to increase from the this morning's bottom. 70% of the buys will be sold before end of day. Low 20's is at best it will stay for the foreseeable future. But wouldn't be surprised to see it go back in to the teens this week. A fantastic opportunity to average down. I think Mooky and co have made the right decision to save their business, quite ingenious. During the winter months it's likely alot of businesses will have to close. Cost saving is the key, Cineworld will survive. It's about getting in at the best price and averaging down. Good luck to long term holders.

SP price is down 1.78%, how does anyone class that as tanking?? Another loser in the stock market with time on their hands. Guys read these so-called shorters previous posts, it stinks of a loser.

Incredible SP.. I rebought at 68.52 and 63.02 and again at 62.04 all with an hour!

Longer/shorter guy don't panic! You know what this share price is like. Its money in the bank, and the black horse won't give you interest rate like the returns you'll get here. patience is the key, I could've taken an 18% profit about 30 mins ago.. 30 days time, 48% profit?

@Laidback.. 5% is huge in a company like Cineworld.. At the moment, it's a bargain..

We all know the price can move 15% down to closing 15% up in a day.. if not a few hours.
There is no negative news concerning Cineworld. The commander and chief, Mooky, has said that he has news, I personally think, it's going to be a blockbuster in itself. Shorters are going to be burnt, wouldn't be surprised if they have closed their positions already. This is going north, beyond 70p. It really is time to be glued to the live price. The company is in a better position than it was when the price was a pound, both times. It's a no brainer. Calling it ramping if you like. It's blatantly obvious.

@Damo. This could be news relating to anything (except negative), could be news about the RNS, which we already know about, the sp is going north 8am Tuesday. Or the long-shot guess, Mooky has ordered 100m of 15 min covid tests at a stupid discount price 50p each, which will be given to customers for a cut down price of a £1 added to the ticket price. That would send the sp to the moon. Mooky, if the latter is not the news, feel free to take the idea. (In exchange for £2.50 a share).

I just got a notification of this RNS.. Look out for the open Tuesday. Gotta give Mooky credit, Cine couldn't be in better hands.

One year today Cineworld share price was £2.2130. Price did rise through to mid-September.
Tuesday will be interesting especially if he get a very positive RNS.

Ok, that's about right, so making 31 trades of 100k, would technically be cheaper, commission, tax etc. A 3.8 million buy would send the sp down a tad. This share is so oversold, my £1 for August is expiring.. Going to have to wait until Q3 results, any improvement which is very very likely will see a huge rise in the price. Consumer confidence is needed. And we'll see this in Q3.

Agreed! Some traders are investing money that they can't afford to lose, to call them weak if they sell is out of order. SP can drop to single figures, bloody hope not though.

to be fair I added 2.5k £ I love a punt. But even at 16p, I'm thinking you might be just fine.
