Do you really think MA would want to buy it with its £321 million debts. Why nbot wait till possible administration in the future and buy without debts as he did with HOF ?
£321 million of debt is 26p of debt for every share ( 1227820000 shares )

I would be a lot more worried about Debenhams. I am 99% sure Mike Ashley is just waiting to buy that out of administration next year. He wants it for peanuts withpout the £321 million debts.

Based on next years 18.3p dividend you are on a 12% yield. It is a great entry price.

We know what divi is coming next year, just sit tight and forget about these shares for now. Always a gamble selling at a loss and just praying you can buy back in cheaper. What if they go up instead ? you then have a loss and have to pay more to get back in. Ive seen Tom do that before with this one (1 or 2 yrs ago, ive got a good memory)

I bought some Marston shares 2 years ago just so I could have their 20% discount card, lol. I recieved a 4.7p dividend and then sold them a few months later for a small profit at £1.39... My discount card has just expired.

You say the Debenhams you went to was fully stocked. Is it paid for though ? suppliers are getting worried with what has happened at House of Fraser, Mike Ashley bought it out of Administration and didn't pay them for their stuff. I am sure he is after Debs

I don't know what interest is been charged on the £321 million debt. DC2007 says £12 milion which sounds about right at 4%.

They made a profit before tax of £33 million in 52 weeks upto Sept 2018 but the have debts of £321 million. There must be some interest charges on the debt so how will they ever pay anything off with such a small profit. After closing 50 stores they will only have just over 100 to work with.
