Market capital about £69 million and dropping. Debts £321 million. Mike already owns 29.7% so he might as well just wait to buy it out of administration, £50 million or less.

Who thinks Mike Ashley is just waiting to buy this out of administration so he doesn't have to pay the debts ? What areally the debts now ?

Have a look at selling on Tuesday, the highest price is often not on the Wednesday. Do you think it will make it to 170p before ex-divi ?

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Every week I could kick myself for something I should of done. All we can do is learn from it.
If a similar thing comes up again and on a price rise you are not sure whether to sell then sell 50%. That way if price carries on up you are still in the game and if it drops back down you can buy back what you sold cheaper.

but after mentions 162p again...... Break even is the your cost price of all purchases diveded by number of shares... OK if you wanted to you could minus off any dividends received and then divide by amount of shares.

That is 18.3p with current amount of shares. it's a no brainer.

I agree. Debenhams down 5% today and Sports direct down from 351p to 288p in 6 trading days.

I don't think we will see a Dividend cut tomorrow.
They haven't cut the dividend for 11 years and I don't think they would want to spoil that record.

Dividend yield is 6.5% based on the 13p dividend and your average.

They have the TW share price as 182.21p in November 2020. Great I can't wait. LOL

Don't you also have some dividends coming in next week from Barratt and TW ? surely you would of wanted to by these TW at 155p rather than 170p ? The top price only matters if you are wanting to sell. Think about the dividend yeild if you bought at 155p, 18.2p coming next year and before then it will be back at 200p

This rise from low 150's to 170 has come a week early for me. LOL

Next week the 6th and 9th we get Barratt and TW's dividends and I was hoping to invest those dividends back into both of these builders at the low prices. However I will still invest the dividends in these and probably split it 50/50. This year I haven't sold any builders shares so my stake is building up in my ISA.
