in 2018 they paid an interim divi of 8.6p in May and on the 6th Nov they paid a final divi of 17.9p and a special divi of 17.3p

This year the interim Divi will be 9.6p to be paid on 7th May, Ex-divi 11th April

You say he could rent some of the shops out at high rents ? who is going to rent them ? Bricks and motar retail in struggling as online keeps growing. My home town has lots of empty shops, no one wants them, business rates are far too high in town centres

Have they re negotiated any rents yet ? These town centre locations are not worth what they use to be.

Did Mike Ashley manage to get any of the rents reduced on House of Fraser shops ? I think he was after some rent free periods, lol. He's a tryer

What about if the standard variable tariff ( SVT ) is lifted by £100 on straight after the current cap ends on the 31st March ? Won't this help ?
Also on the 21st Feb we should find out about the next Dividend. If they keep the Final at 8.7p this SP should rise upto the ex-dividend date 9th May

I am just hoping for a small profit in the next few weeks on the shares I have just bought, 560p to 570p would make me happy. I have more of these shares in an ISA which I will not be selling. Likewise I have TW in and ISA which I am not selling and I also have TW in my dealing account which will be sold when the SP moves a bit higher.

Electric heating has always been the most expensive. I suppose a wood burner would be the cheapest. My friend has one and has a constant supply of free logs. Lovely Jubbly.

After selling some last week at 540.8p I think I did ok to buy them back this morning at 527p.
I am not quite sure what caused the drop this morning. Results next Wednesday so I will be holding onto these for now.
