RE: What is going on with the share price18 Nov 2025 12:32
Come off it
Tavsan has become operational years and years and years after promised. No plaudits are due for that, more a question of why time estimates are continually missed - their estimates aren't even in the right ballpark. Dokwe was promised as 3 years in 2023 or 2024. That wont even happen in the right decade.
DFS expected 2026. Yes and pigs just flew past my window. Lets talk again next October 2026 and if necessary I will be more than happy to give a truly grovelling apology, seriously I will. Remind me then.
Drill baby drill. Fully funded for now but tell me what happens when that consumes all the available cash. We are sub 1.4p so a nice dilutive placing, say £10 million at 1p? A third more shares in issue so that Sener can then immediately announce some more holes desperately need drilling. How will that affect our % of the company that you and I hold?
Ariana has said Zenit will pay dividends to the JV partners. Ariana has said. Whose CEO has a tenuous relationship with the truth at best. Ozaltin has 53% of Zenit. Ariana is a minority shareholder since their farcical decision in the great Christmas 2019 asset giveaway, so how can we be sure of getting anything without a begging bowl with their 23.5% holding? Even if a distribution is made it will only be a proportion of distributable funds, paying wages and keeping the lights on will munch up a good proportion of that, so how is that going to be anything like enough to scratch the surface of Dokwe development where even a small production facility, at a guess because we have had little but vague disparate guesses so far, is likely to cost £70m or more?
I hear this theory that the market has got it in for Ariana too often. How many times have we heard that market makers are playing games? I thought ASX was supposed to sort out that suspicion, but am I now expected to believe that ASX professionals are playing games too? The markets are simply saying they don't think this management can exploit, or even show any hunger to exploit, these assets and there are better opportunities elsewhere.
I admire you research and your optimism Stranger. But with years of experience with the bullsh*t fed from Sener I find no room for optimism and even less that this situation is likely to change for the better any time soon without a bid (successful or not because even a failed bid will focus attention provided it gets significant support) or, preferably, the announcement of a JV at Dokwe. Sadly the latter will require the proactive buy in of the BoD which will not happen because the enfant terrible sees himself as the leader of a half billion MC company. And that ain't gonna happen.
