K.S they were never going to come on at full flow were they? They will be gradually adjusted via the choke while ramping up and also hopefully allow the wells to clean up if/as necessary. The only disappointment would be if they couldn't reach target flow rates, not that they don't instantly produce that.
IMO we would have heard by now if results were "really good" at royston, however that's just my thoughts as I don't see any reason for them to hold back really good results especially during Cascadura being delayed over last couple of months. However it would be a nice surprise if they were just completed extended testing instead of 24hr flow tests like previously! As long as it comes in "commercial" that should add to the SP as certainly nothing priced in for it!!
When they started the new facility up from scratch the gas arrived with you 10 mins after they put the first ever gas through that system? Because that's what you are comparing it to...
It’s amazing how the chat board sentiment changes with SP and not fundamentals. No one had (or very few voiced them) these worries two weeks ago when the SP was rising, as mentioned here earlier Cascadura initial flows (based on guidance!!) cover more than current market cap. Enables them to drill exploration and development - what will Cas C add at the apparent “sweet spot” let’s see. Which will also provide drilling/news while any production in future is brought online and these current periods will not occur
They are planning on completing a work over at coho to solve that issue (Once Cas online) and also plan on drilling another well there to max the facility capacity (24mmscfd). That is the plan anyway, let’s see how it goes
No didn’t missing chinook RNS just we weren’t discussing that, just what you said about coho and expectations wasn’t correct guidance was never that the well would come on at 17-18mmscfd.
They mentioned 11.8mmscfd in the same rns! They were just providing info on different drawdowns and chokes. Guidance was always 10mmscfd net.
Although I agree in some regards re royston and no news for a long time- makes everyone nervous and skeptical. However, as we all know royston produced from the intermediate in royston 1 at decent rates, whereas chinook never produced anything like that.
