Re if I add them all up- they haven’t been achieved yet, I am saying there are lots of potential positives in response to your comment around nothing on the horizon to re rate the share.. when in fact there are a lot
Aligator- agree with some points but strongly disagree with others.
Firstly delivered very little- they are delivering approx (45-50 mmscfd of gas plus condensate) that’s a huge step change from previously based on just Cas A.
They have built a facility capable of ~90-100mmscfd a day and don’t need much CAPEX to increase that facility to 200mmscfd
You cannot see anything on the horizon to bring around a repeats anytime soon?
Here’s a few :
Cas C being drilled (apparently already been spud) then potentially another 2 wells at Cas C (3rd dependent on rio sign off)
Rio claro asset swap signed off (looks like Cascadura extends into this block, and even without explo on Rio/Balata it will
Provide them a facility to use for NGLs from Cas that significantly reduces OPEX, from memory I think 5-6$ bbl to 1-2$ bbl)
Refinancing allowing them to complete the plan already outlayed and likely more!
Cas A deep perforations- a lot of pay hasn’t been perforated yet and they will do this H1 this year in attempt to increase flow from Cas deep.
There are others but I’m sure as a LTH you know them as well.
As I said I agree with some of your points but IMO you are missing out several positives as well
These Cas C drills for me are very exciting, stopped previously by high pressures and very good flow results on the back of this, yet to reach the “deep deep” but now have the star valley rig for Cas C. Cas C could prove Cascadura up to be the giant many think it is.
I think any good news at current SP will give a very quick re rate.
Fingers crossed and GLA LTH.
100p could easily be reached by end of 2024.
We have seen this year how quickly it can rise up to the 90s on little news.
Positive outcome at Cas C and Cas A flowing well (perforations at Cas deep to get us up to ~60mmscfd) and that would be enough in my opinion. Then Cas C hooked up and producing could push us further,
That doesn’t include any other good news, land swaps (rio sign off and drill there?), gibba exploration, price negotiation?
They don’t need to do an awful lot right to get us back up to them prices, they just need to stop doing so much wrong lol.
We don’t yet what we will see but they will be increasing production as per guidance, something like a 135% increase in production I think was mentioned compared to 2023? Don’t let it change your narrative from a few weeks ago though now you’ve sold a large part of your shares. As I said their target is 200mmscfd I didn’t say when they would achieve that :)
A_D as highland Matt pointed out a couple of days ago they could pay a dividend on current Cascadura production alone! Never mind any ramp up or other production or any exploration success. Oh and or any “development drilling” success
Certainly believe we need 20k boe, just need a couple quarters showing the financial change and steady operation. However on top of that we should also have increased production. The numbers are transformational and they are based on a few weeks of production (september) and they weren’t even at full rates till towards middle of September. That outlines the huge step change that has finally occurred and which should also keep increasing! Great to finally see the huge change! With a lot more to come, bring on 2024
Anyone that jumped in yesterday even at the highs would be up or level ish at worst?
Clearly you’ve sold some and that’s fine, but it’s easy to spot, as others have pointed out you were calling £1.70 two days ago. Just try be more transparent :)
No more spikey than last few days? Risen to around 75p and stayed there for last 30-40 minutes, less spikey than yesterday if anything?
News over weekend works both ways could also be good news!
Exactly and a bold move when the director has just bought.
I thought today would just be consolidation after a big rise yesterday, however it currently looks like it’s pushing on again- over 4% up now
Yep short tracker shows no shorts, so either none or they are very small.
“Profit warnings usually come in threes” please back this up with some examples as sounds like complete and utter rubbish.
Overbought when the share price is over 75% down on a small reduction in outlook.
Pretty easy to spot the de rampers and ones wanting a lower entry price!
