Bosch and Weichai can't do much on the SOFC front without CWR's licence / tech. I don't think it's a case of CWR getting screwed over. More a case of Bosch and Wechei agreeing commercial terms between themselves.

From June trading update:

'Bosch and Weichai have reconfirmed to Ceres their commitment to the China JVs and are targeting signature this year'.

Yes it's been a long wait but will be a nice early Xmas present.

This is embarrassing for the government IMO that no one has yet stepped in to match their funding of this project. Yes SAF is more expensive to produce but the soon to be implemented 'revenue certainty scheme' will be designed to offer more favourable commercial outcomes for SAF. The government aloted a larger portion of their 'Advanced Fuels Fund' grant money to Velocys than to any of the other candidates (Alfanar / Fulcrum / Lanzatech)....
