Both the Bosch and Weichai SOFC systems are 100% based on the CERES tech. They cannot walk away from CERES. Of course the scale of any JV could potentially change. Given their publicised meet last week it seems Bosch and Weichai have a rock solid relationship that continues to move forward.

If you look at both Bosch and Weichai’s web pages and press releases over the past few years it is clear that both of their respective SOFC technologies is based around the Ceres fuel SOFC stacks and license. If you look at the bottom of the Bosch SOFC web page there is a link to the CERES website.

Tbf, all the rns said was that the CLN was not proceeding (CLN's are pants anyway so probably better off without it).

The other potential investors were still doing their DD and funding would be required by the end of the year (Nothing new here, it was all previously rns'ed in interims etc).

So investors still on the table for funding but the CLN was a no go. Not sure that merited a -70% drop in the first place.

As far as i have read, still targeting signatures this year but associate revenues will be next year.

Thanks for that JS. Ok cool, so maybe they started the commissioning before but the rig has now actually produced its first hydrogen.

Good to see the company doing the rounds anyway and trying to get the message out. During the sustainability prezzo yesterday Phil C did talk of talk of near term potential commercial updates.

Trading update would be great, the recent meet between Bosch and Wechai must have helped progress our JV sign off.

It's not a big deal, it's just a bit of additional PR or an old story that's still doing the rounds...

Fred - The article says it's producing hydrogen at the AVL site in Germany (in final stage of commissioning)so it must have some stacks installed in it!?

It is just a media press release unfortunately nothing new so not rns'able.. It was all included in the strategic highlights section of the interims dated 28th Sept:

'The first-of-a-kind megawatt-scale electrolyser is undergoing commissioning and initial testing at AVL in Germany, in preparation for deployment at the end of this year to Shell's R&D centre in Bangalore, India, in line with the timetable set out in the 28 June 2022 announcement'

' Our second-generation design of fuel cell stacks has passed Critical Design Review (a key milestone), which offers improvements in performance and cost for SOFC partners'

Nasdaq is at a critical level... hopefully it takes off and takes us with it this afternoon :)
