Yes and also worth mentioning how PC alluded to the difficulty of 3 way deals in the prezzo. If now we are talking 2 way with Weichai (existing deal with Bosch obviously already in place) then it means terms can be agreed much quicker.

The potential of the business has practically doubled with SOEC and that has now been validated by Delta. Revs to double in 24. More deals (including new ones) and revs to come in 25 upon factory’s being online. Plus a China deal with Weichai will still happen IMO.

Yes the short term blip for traders is the China JV (still on the cards with Weichai) but the key take away for investors is surely that revenues will at least double in 2024.

Shame about the JV not moving ahead in current form but the Delta deal is worth more and it sounds like a deal with Weichai alone is still on the cards.

Set for revenues to double in 2024 even at this early stage of the year based on current contracts.

A few years ago it was all about the JV but Ceres have so much more to offer now with new clients / potential future clients and also the SOEC side of the business (now proven up) that is a game changer.

The Delta deal came from no where and surprised the market. In the prezzo, PC said i quote ' CERES will continue to surprise people this year'.

The global commercial team has been greatly strengthened with new locations so there 'should' be much more traction on the deal front.

PC said in the presentation that the CERES relationship with Bosch / Weichai is as strong as ever. It's also clear from the Sept PR that Weichai / Bosch are very tight. PC said that there is currently a clear line of sight for revs of £40m this year which puts CERES back on track as a growth stock. From what i heard from the prezzo i would be amazed if tomorrows TU was not very positive. GLA holders.

The trading update due this Weds 24th should be very interesting indeed! 2024 could be a blockbuster yr for CWR.

Weichai obvs have a large CWR shareholding and a man in the CWR board. Phil Caldwell said the relationship was currently ‘very strong’.

Non the less, CWR have lots of other deals in the pipeline.

Yes, good to hear from the prezzo that this new deal does not in any way interfere with the China JV which is a standalone deal. Phil said today the relationship with Weichai and Bosch remains very strong.... Put simply, he said a 3 way deal takes longer to finalise than a 2 way deal.

If 1/2 the £43mill Delta money is recognised this year and revenue is also achieved this yr via the China deal, then that would be some turnaround.
