And what about his continual deflection on the RUS issue? I dont give a crap if they’re all “internally confident” or whatever his exact words were. How about giving the market and shareholders some confidence in it.
Think I need to lie down!!
I’m back to GR out.
acker - i entirley agree with you. i thought this interview was awful.
full of words like "confident", "encouraged" and "expecting"
well i for one am sick of this ****. he was also "confident", "encouraged" and "expecting" a lot of other things previously. none of which have materialised. so why should we believe him now?
wouldn't answer on his shares being sold. why the hell not?
chopped and changed on placement needed.
but the bit that really p1££ed me off was that apparently he has loads of new investors asking if they can put their money in. just like there were loads of other interested party's wanting to take over from canmax. i'm going to call it now - none of those "interested" investors will invest a penny, just like gr renegotiated with canmax rather than finding a different partner, that i'm now realising probably didn't exist.
not a happy investor and seriously consuidering my large position here.
NellyB - i believe this is a very positive change for PREM to the previous deal, is it not?
PREM not only get income from the sake of SC6, but also now from Canmax sales ofLithium Hydroxide and Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate.
Am I reading this correctly?
Only had time to have a quick glance through the RNS. Seems quite a binary play RNS. Canmax wanted lots of “incentives” for PREM to deliver and GR gave them.
GR must be VERY confident that the plant will be up and producing by November. Either GR is right to be this confident or a fool to give so much to Canmax.
It seems to me that if this is the best deal GR could get, there can’t have been any other decent offers on the table.
SP wise I’m hoping it’s a case of GR selling his shares rather than the market having no confidence whatsoever in PREM meeting the assigned timelines. Given that no timelines have been met so far, the latter certainly must be in play either uniquely or in parallel to the former.
Quite disappointed initially, but will read more thoroughly later.
WolfA - great to hear you're back in.
I do wonder if you'll be as abusive to the Chuckle Borthers et al from KOD when they post their "thoughts" on this BB as you have been on the KOD BB to people posting their "thoughts" you don't approve of over there...........
It will be most interesting to see.
GL here at PREM
Speedy - appreciate your thoughts rather than just insults and abuse (even though I know that simply means the poster has no argument against).
Doesn’t really answer my question speedy though. If funding gets pulled because of the awful situation in Mali, where does this leave KOD?
I know we have a few a ostriches in here who think Mali is the land of milk and honey for investing when it clearly isn’t for those who dislike war, genocide and civil disorder.
Acker - I think almsot any confirmed deal that will mean PREM making a reasonable amount of money would be seen positively by the market.
And GR won't be giving Zulu produce away for peanuts.
I'm not saying I will necessarily be pleased with the deal (my preference was to ditch Canmax, thogh maybe that wasn't possible). If it deviates too much from the original deal too much then that will be a poor outcome and I can't see GR signing off a poor outcome. But a poor deal will still be better than no deal.
I really can't see your scenrio panning out at all.
At the risk of sounding like Snowking, I bought a few more today in the morning after the RNS contained no outline of a deal.
Clueless - I can be disappointed without wanting to sell right now. 6% up on securing PREM's future is pathetic.
I suppose there are those that want to see the deal.
Or more hopefully Steward is corect and most of these sells are GR's shares. That's the best case scenario.
Jenkoo - if you are right, which I sincerely hope you are, what do you reckon may be the better terms PREM might now have? I really can't see it, especially with the way GR was talking on Saturday,
Even though the aprent new deal will brign earlier stability to SP, I still would have preferred GR to go with someone else as I feel a better deal would have been negotiable.
Steward - you are going to be disappointed if you think Canmax haven't got a lower price I'm afraid - GR said there will be a change to pricing on Saturday. Inevitbaly thatmeans lower. It's how much lower that'll be the deciding factor on the deal. The only other change he said I think was to schedule, which again will be interesting. I'm also wondering what the consequence of failure is on these timescales -both in relation of Stark to PREM and PREM to Canmax.
