Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Marcus - I find it quite bizarre that it is now that you have found the board so offensive and full of "derampers" who are actually long term holders.
You didn't find it offensive when Daz first appeared 2 years or so ago?
You didn't find it offensive when Laverda joined him to create the Chuckle Brothers and were day in, day out on here To me, To you-ing?
You didn't find it offensive on any of the weekends when the KODDERs were here en masse spouting their rubbish for the whole weekend?
You didn't find it offensive when Raaydaar (DAZ) started his nonsense
Nope, none of the above riled you enough to post. It was LTH's not happy with a couple of things that really got you angry.
This is what you are expectign us to believe???
Sharebel - you are as bad as the derampers you talk of. Ruling out a placing soon is foolish. Even in the RNS the words implied GR's share sale finance had already been used or partially used. You must be new to PREM if you can't see the possible risks.
But I hope you are right and we get back to 1p soon.
Martinigirl - I don't disagree with a lot of your post and you clearly have more knowledge than a lot of those invested. I just hope you don't misrepresent anything again as this indicates an agenda rather than objectivity.
However, I am still invested quite substantially (I'm sure I'll get the "wants a lower entry point" nonsense) and will remain in for the moment. The potential rewards are HUGE. But after the new deal and GR's actual car crash of an interview, I won't stay around much longer if there is no evidence of production in 2023.
Martinigirl - good that you admitted your earlier post as wrong.
What I'd be keen to see from you is the case FOR investing in PREM, just to show that you are objective, but I reckon you'll not accpe the challenge, much like Raaydaar and Snowking (the reverse argument) didn't.
I hope you are not going to end up like Daz, who as I recall initially showed up with some reasonable points, but then his true colours showed, when he posted some rubbish that clearly showed an agenda. Raaydaar came along and did exactly the same until his agenda was shown up when he was owned by Acker and hasn't been seen since. I still think Raaydaar = Daz. So I #m hoping it's not also = Martinigirl
My view is that Canmax want SC6 and as much as they can get. So they will take part in the placing. If they don't I'd agree that this will raise more than a few eyebrows.
Martinigirl - I have some sympathy with some of your points (even though, as you admit, you own zero shares here).
However, I note you have not reponded to my earlier post, which I've copied below. Genuine posts are undermined by unfounded comments, so it would be good if you could address the post below to show that you weren't posting unfounded comments.
Martinigirl - can you direct me to where in the latest RNS it is stated that the percentage offtake due to Canmax has changed and is no longer linked to the % of shares they hold (after the prepayment has been paid off).
Steward - whilst I agree that the drop in SP last week was becuse of the clauses in the new deal and then the awful Stockbox interview with GR, do you not think a part of it was forward selling for an imminemnt placing? I also think GR didn't go ahead with the extra 300k becaue he got the headroom voted in and is planning on getting his shares back ASAP.
Bounced off 0.4p a few times, so if that's the case, 0.4p would likely be the price (coincidentally the price Canmax originally bought at).
Personally I'd prefer the placing to be done as soon as possible to get it out of the way. I don't think the SP is going to go up in the near future anyway, partly because of the expectation of a placing (along with the uncertainty of when any continuous SC6 is produced).
Marcus - kindly name the "clear de-rampers" please.
If it's the KOD clowns and a few others that admit to not being invested, fine.
If it's the LTH's who have been posting on this board for as long as I have been here and much longer than you, then you are mistaken.
Martinigirl - can you direct me to where in the latest RNS it is stated that the percentage offtake due to Canmax has changed and is no longer linked to the % of shares they hold (after the prepayment has been paid off).
Marcus - as I read it the "facility" is £1.7m and the "facility" is what is being paid back, in shares. Therefore, GR will be paid back his £1.7m "facility" (plus the broker costs). If the SP is lower at the time of payback, GR will obviously need to receive more shares. And the reverse is true if the SP is higher.
Happy to be corrected if I have read this wrongly.
Assuming GR will be repaid his "facility" when more shares come into issue (placement), my feeling is because the SP is lower now, we will see a placing at 0.4p very soon, therefore GR makes a tidy 10%+.
Gazza - perhaps anger is a better word! I too feel like that.
I consider myself lucky. Having been in PREM marginally pre-EPO, my average was a lot lower than even 0.41p. I'm on a free ride plus banked profits. Whilst this is nice, at the end of the day it's still a chunk investment I have here that could be elsewhere, so I'm also considering what to do after the last week.
I've spent most of my time in PREM not happy with GR in numerous ways, but stayed becaue I thought even he couldn't mess up the resource, a resource which I viewd as much in demand and short of supply. More recently I had changed my view and thought he was doing a good job. Last week that view reversed again. He has a lot to answer for and once again I don't trust him a bit.
I'm staying in with what I have for now as the resource is still there, the EPO is massive and Li3 looks good. But none of this can be accessed without a method of getting it out of the ground. If nothing is consitently coming out of the ground by year end, I might have to call it quits then.
Smiler - my feeling is that GR will be getting his shares back very soon.
I can see a placing next week or the week after for around 2 billion shares at 0.4p. Some of these shares have been forward sold this past week I reckon. GR will be paid back immediately using these shares (looking at the dates he sold, he did this before last weeks vote). Canmax will take some of these shares to keep their offtake percentage. We will churn throught the rest of the c1.5 billion placing shares for the next couple of weeks.
I'm not saying this is a bad thing. Should keep PREM going a few months. Hopefully the last ever placing.
steward - i too feel that the fm and defending of prem against canmax was fantastic work by gr.
i also feel that the majority of the deay is not gr's fault (though it is his responsibility).
and whilst he deal he has just got isn't the best, it isn't awful either.
but that interview made me squirm and i felt gr was deflecting and bull****ting his way through it. the first interview in a while that made me feel this way.
acker - i wasn't quite in prem for rha, but have of course read up about it. worrying indeed...
i'm going to stay in for now - but am feeling the most nervous about this investment in a long time. fomo and being here for quite a while playing a part even though i know neither should play any part whatsoever.
if (and it's a big if now) it all works out, this could multibag quite quickly. or, if we don't produce in november, the sp will sink. very binary now. are there better risk/rewards out there now??
