Is it fair to say KOD is a Busted Flush?
Essentially the company is going nowhere, with Mali as it is and Hainan likely to pull out.
Theres lithium there to exploit but KOD aren't even close to getting any of it out of the ground. At least 2 years+ and that's if the Chinese stay. With what is happening in Mali right now, amnd no signs of it getting any better, 2 years is the MOST optimistic timeline.
KOD investors are being played.
Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear. Awful situation in Mali is getting worse. Just read through this from the BBC. Islamic state want in. You really still want to be invested here?!?! This only increases the chances that Hainan will pull out IMO.
Bonkers.
"The government has turned away from international peacekeeping forces, relying on Russia's Wagner group for security instead. But now the mercenaries' notorious leader, Yevgeny Prigozhin, is believed to have died in a plane crash, leaving questions over operations here and fears that Mali is in an even more precarious position."
"Further to the east, the Islamic State group has established itself and is trying to increase the area it controls."
"Local groups are worried that when these UN forces go, they will leave a power vacuum with IS, militants affiliated to al-Qaeda and separatists all fighting for control."
"And earlier this year, the UN accused Wagner of committing atrocities alongside the Malian army, describing "alarming accounts of horrific executions, mass graves, acts of torture, rape and sexual violence" in the Mopti area. It also described how Malian soldiers, overseen by Wagner fighters, killed around 500 mostly unarmed civilians in a village. The Malian government denied any wrongdoing."

Well one or 2 newbies look a bit stupid this morning. The very predictable placing has happened. And for me, it’s better to be got out of the way, so I’m pleased it’s done.
However, Steward is right, I anticipate another one at a later date and hopefully at s higher SP to pay GR back and possibly also to keep the company going if the mill doesn’t work as quickly as expected.
Roman - that is hilarious if the Telegramp group said no placing last night! Let me guess, was it Noel by any chance?
Dazgard - my apologies. I don't spend a lot of time on KOD as I am not cuurently invested here. Although it wasn't actually this morning, but last night you responded.
Read your response and disappointed to see no abuse in it as that menas you are not accepting what I posted.
You are very much entitled to your opinon on the possible deal, as am I. I note youdidn't argue with any of the facts I posted.
Robld - you have been shown to be a clown many tmes on PREM.
You say people have replied to me - the only one I see is Hop2's attempt an your feeble effort, much like your feeble efforts on the PREM board. If it's the Chuckle Brothers and a few others, then I can't see what they say as they are filturd from their constant ramblings on the PREM board.
Just tuned in. Market has already spoken on todays RNS.
1 things that are pretty clear to me.
1) There is a placing incoming - and soon. Some of the newbies in herre are showing their novice status on this
2) The market wants to see a plant up and running and producing continuous sellable product. Nothing else matters. The only thing that will see a substatial and sustainable rise in SP will be this.
Comeonbernie - I note you have not bothered to argue with any point I have ever made re KOD.
Yes, I wouldn’t be here were it not for the KOD clowns. That does not mean to say i don’t believe what I write on this board.
Mali remains an awful place to be doing anything and many embassy’s advise against any travel there FACT
Mali is on the brink of war FACT
Wagner group are slaughtering in Mali FACT
All the above I have posted links on previously that no-one has argued against.
Also, the deal, should it go through, sees KOD giving away more than 50% of the company to Hainan. See the relevant RNS FACT
How much the Mail government will take is at the moment anyone’s guess FACT
The deal is awful as it will leave KOD with around 30% max of the resource profit, probably less.
But an awful deal is better than no deal, which would practically wipe shareholders out. At least you might make a little profit at these SP levels, but be sure to exit on the spike.
All I get for the above is abuse, which I gratefully receive as I know it means nobody here has an argument against.
Roman - you know me well enough to know that I don’t avoid posting on the PREM BB, nor am I a blind ramper. I acknowledge and point out risks in PREM. All I see here is blind ramping with no discussion on risk. Similar to a few PREM posters. But PREM fortunately has some realists, unlike KOD.
You also will recognise why I started coming on the KOD BB. I wouldn’t be here now were it not for the Chuckle Brothers et al posting their rubbish on the PREM BB non-stop for around 2 years now. And I will continue to come here as long as I see green boxes at PREM. I am really hoping KOD’s funding gets approved. That’s when there will be a lot more meat to discuss in here, much like PREM has had a lot of discussion because of where it is. I will be here a lot then I can assure you. What’s good for the goose…
Call it childish or whatever if you like. I really don’t care.
Roman - just to add, there is one other response I get to my posts on here and it’s exactly what you did.
The response won’t argue against what I post. They will attempt to make comparisons to PREM! Elcobb does this regularly. He seems to think that KOD is a great investment simply because (in his flawed view) Mali is a better country to mine in than Zimbabwe. What a ludicrous argument!!
That’s like saying KOD will be having a great day SP wise if it is down 90%, when PREM is down 91%.
Roman - You know and can continue to read my thoughts on PREM on the appropriate BB.
Suffice to say, even though the ostriches in here won’t acknowledge ANY risk at all in KOD, there very clearly are major risks. Anyone denying this is living in cloud cuckoo land. Expect an extension to agreement on the funding to happen on 31st. It could be 2 months. It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s longer, possibly up to the end of the year. Ask yourself why? January this year it was supposed to have been finalised. Should it really be taking this long if there are no problems??? Stevie Wonder can see there are clearly major issues here. And if running gets pulled, KOD is stuffed.
I know they know too deep down as all they ever do in response to what I post is abuse, rather than argue against anything.
Just one note I will say on PREM. The BB is full of green boxes again today.
When is everyone expecting the further extension RNS?
How long will it be for?
I'm going for the 31st and another 2 months extension.
I think Hainan are stalling to see if the many different troubles in Mali calm down or not. And also what tax the government are planning on implementing, which will reduce the profitability.
Worrying times here.
