Aimisalaugh - totally agree on this one. Next couple of weeks or so will be make or break for PREM. As I've been saying for a while now, August is a MASSIVE month for the company. Ironically Snowking has decided this isn't the time to say "big month" ahead!
I'm going to go for PREM heading into September in a never better position.
For anyone remotely following PREM, BizTech's video content shouldn't really be anything new.
But for relative newbies and those thinking to invest, they seem a decent watch I reckon.
Lose the hat though please.
James - you’ve made my weekend hahaha. Facts over on the PREM board hahaha that’s a good one. Are you here all week? Please say yes!
Ivenoidea - I can set you a better challenge. Find me a WORSE deal that gives away more than half the business?
Onlyking/hope1968 - at least one of you came over to PREM board to laugh when KOD went up circa 30% (quite how that’s relevant to PREM is beyond me - strange how some minds work). It’s now back down to where it was. Feeling pretty stupid now? You should be and will be crying with your ostrich heads in the sand when this drops further. When, not if, IMO.
Sharesahoy - if you haven't read the RNS which states that the current proposed deal gives the Chinese more than 50%, then I suggest you do some research. I do hope you're not an investor here if you are not aware of this. (And for many reasons too)
Maestro - in my posts you will notice I have never questioned the resource.
It’s MALI particularly that’s the problem. And boy is it a BIG problem. And the other issue is the deal itself, which is incredibly poor, giving away more than half the company, which after the MALI government take their slice of the pie, leaves KOD with not a lot and this is the fault of the silent CEO.
Sadly, KOD shareholders are left between a rock and a hard place here. Either outcome is poor. Although I’ll grant you funding being sorted is marginally better than the Chinese backing out.
Michael - if you want a top up here, I'd suggest waiting a few week minimum. Either the Chinese will be pulling funding, in which case expect to be able to top up somewhere near 0.1 - 0.2p. If there is another extension, expect to be able to top up in the 0.35 - 0.4p region. The SP will continue to drift in any case, unless and until the awful deal KOD have agreed gets finally finalised. In which case you can expect a spike to maybe around 1p (best time to get out) and then a retracement all the way back down for at least 2 years until any mine gets producing and so probably in the 0.4- 0.5p region.
Best case scenario is obviously funding gets sorted, get out on spike. I'd rate that about 10/90 against at the moment.
All IMHO.
The 10 days Canmax were bound to in trying to negotiate an agreement with PREM was up yesterday.
No RNS this morning indicates that a resolution is actively being sought by Canmax, or they would have indicated they wished to move the process on to arbitration.
Probably get a 10am RNS stating the reverse now!
Whether this is good or bad long term is up for debate and to a large degree will depend on the details of any revised agreement. Certainly short term SP wise a revised agreement between Canmax and PREM would be great.
Roger - spot on analysis. I'll be surprised if you're not abused and insulted for it though.
Only Ostriches in here.
I've been trying to warn holders of the potential and now probable downside here for some time and haven't been thanks, to put it mildly. Just concerned for potential investors being lead into oblivion by the incessant rampers here with their fingers in their ear shouting lalalalalalala to the problems.
SP heading south.
DrP - KOD has retreated from a high of about 0.9 to 0.51 today. About 40%. Prem is down, as you said, from a high of about 1p to 0.39p. About 60%.
Have you written to Bernie and told him shareholders have largely lost faith?
If not, why not? If the reason is 40% isn't as bad as 60%, then I'd be interested in what % is your cut off point, where you would message Bernie?
Roman - my apologies. I read your recent comment on selling shares the wrong way. My fault.
What's not GR's fault though, not getting it out of the ground yet. Apart from the ambitious timescales, this is down to Stark. And I don't think anyone would be playing Canmax bettter than GR currently is. The naysayers on here are talking rubbish that Canmax has the upper hand now. FM, whether legal or not, changed everything. Once we are producing SC6, and the situation with Canmax and potenitally any other partner is sorted, I agree with you that GR should move upstairs.
And IMO it will start coming out of the ground in August. You can refer back to this on Septmeber 1st :-)
DrP - even though you have abused and insulted me, I have not green boxed you as you do hold a semblence of an argument on PREM sometimes, unlike the Chuckle brothers and few others who simply rehash old arguments.
If you see my posting history, I haven't been GR's biggest fan. I've been highly critcial of him and would have had sympathy with what you say more often than not.
But....
(a) without GR there would be no Zulu or EPO (whether by luck or judgement)
and
(b) Whilst he is, IMO, still being economical with the truth at times and is partially to blame for where we are due to his fat too ambitious timescales (said with hidsight by me, I accept), he is playing his 27o (Poker?) extremely well at the moment. He is fighting PREM's corner against a very aggressive Canmax who are clearly trying to get Zulu (and probably the rest of the EPO) for nothing
Roman - I know you're in both. Just you do appear to be turning into KODDER, only seeing negatives here. I know it's frustrating at the moment, but you used to be far more balanced.
You will be aware that I don't only post positives here - I am realistic.
You have sided with the KODDERS on the "what's in the ground" "debate", much to my surprise.
Stevie Wonder can see that there's stuff in the ground, simply by logic alone. Been through this before, but I'll repeat. If there wasn't why would Canmax throw millions to get a plant up and running? If there wasn't, why on earth would Cnamax want Zulu as collaterol? If there wasn't, why on earth would Canmax be trying to get Zulu for nothing?
It's really that simple.
The plant WILL produce SC6. I don't think we will get anything in July. But August is the BIG month.
