Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Sounds as though Visa aren't quite there - interesting
Winnifrth was suggesting the term sheet would include the sale of a 15% stake at a vastly reduced price last week. It sounded like he was attempting to trash Neil's reputation following his share sale last week at 130p.
I sincerely hope a price is struck closer to that than 75p.

Great to see but there are so many exciting possibilities in the pipeline not least the increased revenues from Tencent. Our new CEO has an impressive black book of contacts so I'm certain more good news will follow. Also with our Institutional Investors who have been on board for a lot longer and with a much higher entry price, I think we can safely say they won't let this little beauty get snapped up on the cheap. So fill your boots!
What's going on here?
I'm holding hoping Visa are forced to increase their miserable offer. It's hard to interpret all the RNS"s. Looks like M&G have taken the money but not sure what Miton are up to
Any guidance from seasoned investors would be appreciated
Seems there's news coming -most likely bad but possibly the SP is being manipulated.
As there's no RNS since 12th Feb it's hard to tell.
The results should be due soon but its poor no announcement has been made.
The BOD seem overpaid and have a track record of under delivering.
Great opportunity to top up but I’ll have to wait until pay day - I noticed Mr Woodford has increased to nearly 30%
The SP has been lower @ .75 so today's level represents 4 or 5 bags from there. BBSN might not be on everybody's radar. It has been a bit of a dog since it started out as Rightster. Having burned through tens of millions since it's inception it will probably have been viewed as a jam tomorrow basket case. However, BBSN has now reached its inflection point at an interesting time- the advent of 5G. Traditionally TV advertising was king - now with 5G video content over the internet will steal consumers away from terrestrial channels in the same way Netflix and Amazon Prime have. Its already happening- most youngsters shun traditional TV broadcasters completely.
Video content will be accessed through social media so Brave Bison's pole position on Facebook will be extremely attractive to aspirational brands.
Brave Bison is debt free with Cash in the bank and cash generative. I'd expect a company with such a tiny market cap to be an extremely attractive acquisition to a larger broadcaster or media company looking for attractive growth rates.
Rightster's shares peaked at around 80p before their sharp decent to almost oblivion. Perhaps it was ahead of its time a few years ago but the world has caught up and at 3p what's not to like?

and BBSN is valued at a paltry £15 million. As results day approaches I expect we'll learn more at BBSN's developing partnerships. This is so due a re rate to 25 -30p
with respect to the charts, I am no Nicola Duke but the share buy backs coupled with the prospect of a dividend of at least 3 cents gives me confidence in a muted recovery. Lets see what the results will bring us
Best results we could have realistically expected. If the momentum continues all we’ll need are a few new partnerships and deals and the SP will begin to rise. A placing is perhaps inevitable the question is if it will be at s discount? Don’t forget Falanx secured funding at no discount so it can be done and they are much more of a basket case. Game on!
With all the imminent news flow it does seem a tad foolish to sell. Reminiscent of the VRS climb to fame which preceded by months of sells before the exponential rise. Let’s hope this is true of RBD! Good luck fellow holders
Back in at 51p this morning- absolve bargain
It’s the potentially good news - we need certainty for a Cher Ching day
But take comfort that Schlumberger won’t be shipping in specialist equipment for nothing so everything to play for
What a shambles this company is. Can they get anything right
Visa increase their bid modestly so will MC reply with a sensible offer?
it was a PI who is usually "in the know" - I am surprised Visa are playing the long game. Intriguing how this will end and exciting. Just like Christmas Day each weekday morning waiting for the RNS to be released, The anticipation!
thats because even though 30p is a hike from 7p its still cheap. The offer values EPO @ £200 million while Paypal bought Xoom last year for close to a Billion. Mastercard and Visa may not be the only horses so hold on to your shares for a bit longer IMHO - this could be one hell of a ride
To be about to enter the fray
