What's disgusting to me is PMO bought into the FI at a given price and further down the line they renegotiate for something they already bought.

I seem to remember reading that CA have no stringent mechanism in place that requires them to rebalance. It's Richard Bernstein's ball and within reason he can do what he likes.

Yes you read it but did you understand it? I'm not being flippant, honest unless you were being sarky in which case I didn't spot it...sorry.

To me the note said we are and will continue to be valued on 6 years worth of oil from the GLA EPS only, this may get increased to 10 years worth if we can prove the FSPO will be with us and working that long. (from memory this first came to light in the CPR)

If the running EPS proves the play then we will start seeing the large percentage uplift the Morgan Stanley are talking about, until then the oil is all promises. Big oil don't like promises.

I expect an incremental lift in price between now and FOIL, I don't expect fireworks on FOIL though. When/if the EPS show steady low water production (I don't expect a water problem) and shut-in experiments show a good pressure build then we will start seeing more investors getting in.
