@F22 >> Time window WoS running out...
Not at all, Lincoln 205/26b-A was spudding on 9th Nov (2016) and completed on or around 19th December.
@sotb
>> Now come on you canna get a flame source fae water so the TOL must be burning oil from the reservoir and that’s why you see a big flock off flame in the recent pictures .
Agree, Desire was only an example of a BOD being premature with news. I'm confident in HUR.
@reverandy
>> Can anybody explain why the DST rate and present rates are so different?
Pretty damn sure this was mentioned at the CMD. The year+ the well has had to calm down from the initial drill (with all the mud/fluids that were pumped in) lead to a clean up. I think the term he used (from memory) was the well returned to virgin status. Didn't know returning to virgin status was possible, I must tell Brenda.

You may think it's bunker mentality but I remember Desire Petroleum who RNS'ed a discovery, hugely positive and sucked a large number of investors in. (myself included)
The next day or so later it was just oily water and the discovery was revoked, I prefer to deal in facts regardless of how impatient I am. (and I am very impatient)
Hurricane Energy plc, the UK based oil and gas company focused on hydrocarbon resources in naturally fractured basement reservoirs, provides an update in relation to the 205/26b-14 well ("Lincoln Crestal").
The Company notes specula??on regarding the flare on the Transocean Leader drilling rig. The Company confirms that a drill stem test on the Lincoln Crestal well has produced oil to surface, resul??ng in a flare. At 13:10 on Sunday 8 September 2019, the well was shut-in to enable a planned pressure build-up test.
The Company will update the market on ini??al results of the well, including flow rates and oil type, following completion of the ongoing testing phase.

Not wishing to contradict myself F22, but... owc on Lancaster is different to Halifax, but they still believe it's one accumulation due to a tilted owc. I've also think Genghis is correct in that they'll test to see if Lincoln is seen at Lancaster.
Nothing is off the table yet but I think they're getting closer to understanding our part of the Rona Ridge.
Unlikely. The company has always been confident on the Brynhild fault.
Lancaster may be connected to Halifax.
Lincoln may be connected to Warwick.
HUR don't believe that Lancaster is connected to Lincoln. I'd love to be wrong.

Oh God, I've fed the troll.
>> ..how do you ‘interpret’ the current SP? ..enlighten us all.
Trying to highlight your consistent negative agenda.
Are you available for parties?
>> F22 - Enlighten me. ..What/who are spoons?
>> Don't know how the RNS interprets. Can someone put it in English?
You can start by not trying to interpret anything by Foresight22
>> HE sound like they have had poor Summer.
Deary me.
Why should the BOD buy shares when they get awarded them for their good work. Incidentally what do you have to do to not qualify for the share incentive scheme, fart in the coffee pot?
Always awarded and always a falling price.
@Carcosa61
You do know Lancaster just produced its millionth barrel of OIL way faster than was ever predicted. Just saying.
By the way, the word OIL was in caps to even out the water in caps reference.
>> so next year there will be production from two fields.
Remember, there was talk from the CMD about taking a slot earlier then anticipated to stick another producing hole on Lancaster as another producer. Late this year or next potentially.
WD was drilled first due to its proximity between the planned wells. (placement of pressure gauges)

>> johniefp (what a pseudonym!),
It is what you think. (if you ever read Viz)
>> And my money is firmly laid on Lancaster NOT stopping!!!!!!! :-))
Couldn't agree more.
>> If no good, then 20p here we come.
Well, I'll never say never but with Lancaster flowing like it is I would think 20p is *highly* unlikely. My guess is it would take Lancaster to stop flowing to get us down to 20p.
In that case a HUR reverse takeover.
Just kidding... ??
An off topic tale of woe but related to this post.
I had £500 of bitcoin in the basket ready to buy in December 2012, if my memory serves me right it was $12 per bitcoin.
Got called into a meeting and didn't buy them. I don't beat myself up about it as at that time bitcoin was touted as an online currency/wallet for buying stuff online (alternative to PayPal) and seeing as I buy a lot of tech stuff I would now be talking about a cable or two and a piece of software that cost me hundreds of thousands. hey ho.
To drag this back on topic I bought more today but not quite at today's current low.

@Amaja
Thanks for the confirmation madam. ??
