5 or more of the bigest trades of the day were all sells so likely they outpaced buys on the session. Whether volume was c.272,000 as on Lse or c.424,000 on MS sellers got the upper hand. You as a holder here have to decide how pertinent this is.
All I will say is that sp's go down a lot faster than they go up, in my experience, like...

I dunno what's going to build the sp from here but whatever it is I hope it comes soon or I will have the tricky problem of when and if i add to my holding.
Do I wait for 10, that's a nice round number or should I wait for 8,7,6,5,4? Or as valufinder says 'don't bother' and i get his point. Trading volumes are of no help as a) they are unreliable, b) of no help and c) most are of the 'in for 5 minutes' brigade. So I have to focus on the geo stuff I don't fully understand and yea I have done my limited research and spoken to an experienced investor who holds here.

Anyways buying on a two year view should smooth out the ups'n downs. Hopefully on an upward path over the period so am not minded to cash my chips in, cos they'll rocket up as soon as I do.....right?

Just an observation. Everyone here is extremely bullish on future prospects for PAT and yea i kinda go along with them.
However the last time I was in a stock that everyman and his dog was piling into and thought was the greatest thing since....the Mona Lisa, went into administration and never came out.
Its worth remembering the old quote defining a Gold mine..." It's a deep hole with a liar at the top." Not here of course but be prepared for the odd disappointment.

Stocks in Asia at JST 1:30pm are on the up except Australia currently down 48. Tokyo, HK & Shanghai were reacting to the Fed's comment that the U.S. economy is heading for its strongest growth in 40 years.

51 trades below 1000 shares will not budge the sp and to be fair 22 trades over 1000 and 4 trades over 20,000 had no effect either.
Once again buys outpacing sells by c.1:9:1 bofp calcs at 2:00pm. Seems the jobbers have plenty of stock on their books (when don't they?) and are happy to play the spread keeping buyers and sellers reasonably happy.

I'm not tempted to add until the direction of travel becomes clearer and on an upward trend. Trying to catch the next bounce is risky so am OK with my last 16p purchase and will await events.

Good idea Sherwood. However I get the feeling it will be Mohdi wo will be telling Boris what's what...giving the old Colonial power a bit of stick!

Waiting for a share price to drop may make sense if it does but tbh once I have decided to buy i go ahead. Its evens it'll go up as to down. Metals I agree trading volume is a prerequisite
whatever happens to the sp thereafter. I know quite a few people who have had bad experiences backing Aim stocks in the past... more puffery and pig'in pokery than productivity and in two cases downright fraud. As ever you pays your money and.....I hope for the best.

I have volume d-t-d at 1•501m traded. Thats considerably more than lse are showing which makes relying on Lse vol data risky if that's your thing....
I'd estimate buys and sells slightly favour buys as of pre open. Be interesting to see if the barrow boys can get trading out of the spread. This up 1 down 1, up 1 down 1, is extremely tedious to traders and lth's alike.
