I would suggest they have, and were told about the RNS beforehand.

In all honestly I will probably vote No for everything. As a investor, the company has left no other way to show my disapproval of how they are treating PI's. They are acting like a private compony behind a brick wall.

DA's 'bring shareholder value' is just lip service. SP is lower now than when he started.
Shoot me, but that's my opinion.

The £134.6m claim don't make any sense, I thought the DHSC already haven't paid the vast majority of the original contract?

Pretty sure we get the chance to vote on ratifying DA position of CEO at the next AGM. As it stands I know which way I'm voting, DA should update his CV just in case...

My guess would be mid next week for DA 'forward strategy', nothing else to hold the price up at the moment.
I would think there would be more people de-risking, knowing how the previous RNS's have gone.

I don't think there will be anything in the April statement that will drive the SP. I would expect a drop on the statement.
The next time we hear anything to drive the SP it will be a random RNS. Maybe the DHSC dispute settled, maybe a merger.
Might be just posted on Twitter instead of an RNS, who knows.

Anyone else as cynical as me and think the timing of the RNS was to have at least impact as possible on the SP?
This should have been a 7am Monday RNS.

It's been 5+ months since the last R&D.
DA could have arranged an update without actually getting involved, just needs to sign it off.
Shocking the lack of communication.

But not today, and probably not next week.
Even 'good' RNS have a negative twist to them.
Aim is all about sentiment, and there is 0% around at the moment, hence the 12 month drop.

Because everyone knows without news this will go back down again.

I was waiting for NCYT to RNS a SNPsig omicron test but in another week I doubt they will even bother testing for the variant. No point, damage done. I would suspect the SNPsig range are not a big seller due to the limited time they would be used.

DRB83, I would argue DA has had more than 8 weeks to get his head around things.

We were told on the 29th July that GM was leaving and DA was taking over. So before this DA would have been interviewed for the position, he would have been told the problems and asked how would he go about solving any issues. He would also have been asked for why he should be given the job and how he would move the company on.
To me DA has had nearly 5 months to put a plan together and share it with us.

It's fair to say I'm getting concerned and maybe DA is not the man we were hoping he was.

M&A were mentioned 12m ago. Surly if the DHSc are leaving you short could could easily get a short term loan?

Funny - I was on the exercise bile this morning and just caught the message - ""RNS - Proposed ac..." with the rest of the message cut off the small screen of my smart watch. I thought WOW, an acquisition, who are we buying and was already spending my money until I got to check my phone :-(

To be fair, going off the trend, I think we where due to go down around 2% anyway today. With only 2-3% on top of that, I take that as a positive in light of another email about the DHSC dispute and would expect a blue day tomorrow.

Personally that's why I think the share price will struggle for a long time, so many people have lost faith in the company that any raises will be sold into, people getting out and breaking even.
