I saw this article yesterday.

Last time i had a share that was mentioned in the mail the SP spiked by over 150%

POLB didn't do anythig yesterday which surprised me.

After doing some research on POLB 001 and what results have shown so far, all i can say is i'm excited, long term, to be in this share.

It's hard to see where the risk is in regards to the actual drug, any negative results would certainly go against what I have been reading.

The drug seems like a win/win for everyone, with potentially most immunotherapies treatments starting with POLB 001.

In regards to the compamy being sold out, that's not for me to guess at, but I doubt anyone invested here will lose out in the next 6 month. Someone mentioned 10 bag, and for the first time I can actually see that here.

Share price on Feb 19th was 2.35 but those transaction(s) have 2.40 against it so most likely buys.

Not sure about the negative amount. AIM about as transparent as muddy water.

I didn't think the government would be allowed to buy equity in a companies (as conflict of interest) but according Google they can, for various reasons.

Good option maybe.

As I type this, the share price has dropped to -6.25% on a financial RNS.

The MCAP is too high. It doesn't mean I don't see potential.

Like 99% of shares on AIM, it's a gamble.

To say the MCAP is under-rated is wrong, you are misleading people.

With no tangible year on year profits you could argue the MCAP is rated too high.

This is a gamble, not a certainty.

Without any news soon this price will start to drop again.

And before you question me, I am invested here. Maybe not as much as some but enough that it matters to me.

You should be thanking the MMs for holding it back (if that is what they are doing), otherwise we could all lose alot of money on negitive news.

Maybe a takeover, or a merger, but not a RTO.

Lot's small trades, all with very small time windows and then nothing.

Hard to work out what is happeneing here.

Basically most trades are penny trades designed to push the price up, be careful.

No stock has ever gone up, day after day, without some type of retrace. Same thing happend here when the share price went up to £12.

A lot of people on here have alternative motives.

I have no idea what will happen here but mpox will continue to be in the news for a while yet and will get worse before it get better.

@Mrpippins No and nothing ever happens when the US opens.

£1.38 is quite a low bar, it will jump past that when we win against DHSC, this having nothing to do with growing the company. Money for nothing.

NYCT would have to prove it lost business (and at what cost) before any compensation could be awarded. I'm not sure how they could even prove that (as compared to sitting on their hands and doing nothing productive while business went down).

MM will have no interest in this share. 20 trades a day, do you think they will be interested in an extra £3.50 in extra trades a day?

It's for Novacyt to encourage buying with positive RNS.

People are bored with this share, it's done nothing in years but go down, people are voting with their feet and buying elsewhere to (hopefully) make money.

It's hard to believe no body knows anything yet, did they do this behind closed doors?

Did nobody go the the meeting at all?

If there are no other bidders and the board fails to get the required 75% vote then the SP will plummet.

All that will happen is the board will recommend a revote and with a lower SP Novacyt might offer less.

A lot of hard work has gone on for this offer to be made, lots of research, due diligence being at the forefront any any decision.

Months of ongoing talks between both BODs, agreements, extenal companies also doing due diligence, to think another company is going to make an offer at the last second , I don't think so.

I think you would find the more there was to do, the more interested the lawyer would be, regards of whether the company was in trouble. Lawyer's are only after money. They are there to advise.

Now a solicitor might be more inclined to be picky who they choose to represent..
