As Hexam posted, successful investment is ALL ABOUT TIMING. Using your 3 years analogy , had one bought Boo at 400p an investor requires over 3000% growth to RECOVER his investment , before profit enters the equation. IF Boo should recover now might be a good entry point. However, I would be examining the H1 results, and reading between the lines , before deciding and small buys by NED would not be of influence.
It appears the comms between the NED is on a par with the comms (non existant ) from Debs - one paying 13.143 per share and the 2nd paying 12.5p .
If your investment strategy revolves around small buys by NED then god help .....
