Yesterday 4M shares where sold by the Market Makers (PEEL), today so far around 4.5 M have been sold by the MMs ( PEEL)

Thats a total of 8.5M so far.

Oz i suggest you re work how many shares the Market Makers ( PEEL) have sold since the RNS not Retail.

Why would there be a need for an accelerated book build if there was one single Institutional Investor.

How can the placing be oversubscribed when there is one single Investor.

Worth remembering the £10 M July/August placing last year was also placed with Institutional Investors through Novum.

TR1 never appeared and the shares were flipped.

Wouldnt surprise me if Novum has once again placed through PEEL.

If the placing was an unsolicited approach and was oversubscribed why was the price done at a 30% discount.

The Institutional Investor is PEEL however the shares are for the Clients not PEEL directly.

Seen placings Involving PEEL taking 100% for clients many many times. The shares will be flipped 100%
