How is Minchin Proactive interview not misleading investors and market abuse.

"Amsden is already a commercial Producer" amongst others commercial comments.

It clearly wasnt commercial and Minchin would have known that.

Gas samples were no doubt sent for testing on the same dates Amsden came back 8 days after the Flathead.

Imho theres little doubt they knew about Amsden while commiting Market abuse.

The pair of them can never be trusted again.

The Company will run cased-hole wireline prior to perforating target zones for testing, with samples of any gas recovered sent to an external laboratory for gas composition analysis.

Testing is normal carried out from the bottom zone up however the company have indicated they are to be testing the charles formation next. Am i to believe that the Flathead formation will not be flow tested.

The 2.5% Helium in the Flathead gas sample was that Independently verified ?
