Helium One Global (AIM: HE1), the primary helium explorer in Tanzania, is pleased to announce that the Company has completed an independent verification of the prospective resources at the Tai Prospect ("Tai"). The evaluation of the total gas and helium prospective resources, and completion of a competent person's report (CPR) for the Tai prospect has been carried out and issued by reserves auditors ERC Equipoise Ltd (ERCE).

The Company intends to undertake and complete the additional drilling and the EWT at Itumbula West-1 during the course of Q3 2024 and will provide updates with respect to progress in due course.

Note minimum of 12 months, i had thought that they may conduct a small placing ( working capital) after the grant of the ML however with revenue due from Colorado due H1 that now seems very unlikely.

Any Placing in the future is likely to be for another strategic acquisition and thats unlikely to happen until both Colorado and Tanzania or in production. .
