Trek debt seemed the logical route, obviously they wanted to obtain the funds ASAP

My guess the terms of the debt the contingencies, covenants, time etc Equity was the preferred route.

BS and DM have taken a large dilutive hit by this placing so im guessing it wasnt taken lightly.

Would appear theres still a seller creating an overhang in the market.

I thought they would have needed an extra 2M however 4M with another production well is excellent news.
