Ive seen this post placing price action so many times with the likes of PEEL MARX SHOC especially with PEEL who seem to get their clients in on many placing. However they never hold stock its pretty much always flipped.

with the Bid close to 15p it is most likely they have stopped for now.

Sounds like the fund raise was done fairly quickly so im guessing there wasnt a great deal of forward selling as the Price has price has been in the 16p most of 2025.

Quite simple really Broomtree supply with PEEL and MARX that supply will be a stamped EOD or tomorrow.

a little bit of work is involved with the large delayed trades but easy to workout

PEEL get involved in many placings and invariably sit on the offer after a placing flipping stock.

Another stock im involved in, is PRD. PEEL have been sitting on the offer for several months soaking up the buys.

Being that its PEEL on the Offer off loading then i would agree that its Placing Flippers.

Skippy if the seller was reallocating shares the it would be done off book.

The seller given the volume to be making any profit would have to be an IPO investor.
