Brazil imports nearly 90% of their Fertiliser and associated products. Government have plans to replace those imports with home grown products within 5 years. Im not sure HMI can replaced all of that 90% just yet.

Imho i can see HMI production 500K P/A KPFertil sales within 2 years. Thats around $30M profit per year based on present costs and sales price.

At present exchange rate that around £23M sterling.

Sector average PE 26.75 but lets be a little conservative PE of 20

Gives a Market cap of £460M

Present MKT cap around £32 M with £10M in cash and profitable.

There no such thing as a No brainer but this comes close.

Imho a potentially huge market has opened up through blended products. A market that i hadnt really considered.

Comcas imho there has been a few large sellers these past 6-7 weeks, since the placing. They are probably holders underneath the notifiable 3%.
There has been a large retail holder who commented that he had sold down a large part of there holding.
Maybe still offloading who knows, just my opinion.
The selling hasnt been large its just there are very few buyers in this summer market.

of 11.5 Million seems a tad undervalued considering the potential.

Comcas, Miton are lightening there holding. selling yesterday and probably continuing today. They have been selling down holdings in other stocks recently due to redemptions.
I guess they took the opportunity to sell into good news and a little volume.

Comcas PEEL have a seller imho, once cleared SP should rerate. At 19p SP has totally disconnected from Fundamentals.
Look for PEEL to move from the offer.

MMs wont carry any stock on their books, to much risk. Next piece of news could be very negative or very positive No one knows.

Sentiment is very negative, the other day was just another pump and dump. they havent secured a rig for Blocks XX therefore drilling compaign is two wells this year until they secure a drilling rig.

I have my own views on the seller.
