There is a huge needed for payday lenders, just needed to be better regulated which it is now and get rid of the real sharks.

Baxtersoup if you actually did some research you would know that the bidder of 21p approached JB (Richmond group) last Tuesday about an offer for his stock. However the sale process cannot be cancelled unless a material change in the company. JB told the bidder they would have to buy his stock through normal market channels.The Bidder still wants this company.

OPUL JB made his intentions that he wanted out of the company. Without a BID this is his only means of exit.

If you read his twitter feed this was not his preferred exit, but he wanted out.

Crabtree if the bidder is indeed picking up JB stock, why wouldnt they simply continue to buy 1% a day for between 5-10p rather than offer 21p

Manu it would appear the seller is dumping the delayed trades 9 times out of 10 WINS is picking them up moves down the offer clears them and moves back on the bid, rinse and repeat.
