They have already return imho and will probably start to close around the lows of the next few days.

Not short thats for sure not at these levels, to risky, Short opportunity been and gone.

Lets be honest the SP is going to get nowhere near 170p over the next few years without a takeover.

May even return to new lows due to the lack of market interest

Because any chance of a TO short term is off the table and to be honest thats all investors/ market has been interested in, take a takeover off the table and the market in THG is dead. Aimho

It does when a 170p is rejected and another BID is unlikely.
The Board of THG may think 170p undervalues the company, however the market and investors see a deteriorating market and think 100p or less.
Market has the final say.

100-103p price target well in sight. Imho completely removes bid premium
However the SP will likely dip into the low 90s when they announce no Bid and recover to 100p.
Just goes to show that nearly 40-50% premium in the price is BID premium.

SP performances has been woeful since an inflated IPO, could remain woeful for a few more years yet.

Moulding knows that remaining as a public company is fruitless, his best exit is a sale.
