Imho the decision not to update shareholders on rail deliveries is a poor one and one which the company will regret. Especially when deliveries are so very irregular at this early stage.

My guess is short sentiment has shifted from the recent strong decline, retail a little nervous and selling although the underlying fundamentals have improved.
