Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I got a few of these too today. Metals are on fire, and this one has been lagging.
...... I still see stormy times ahead .
For a little while longer anyway.
Standard Life selling 1.5% (and looks like Granular picking them up).
Can't decide if this is disappointing, or actually pretty good ........ considering the background!
Interesting little piece on testing on radio 4 this morning.
If you'd like to hear it, it was on the programme called 'Today', between 07:22, and 07:26
They're talking to the woman who will be testing tests for the gov etc.
It cheers me up a bit to re-read some of that last RNS from the company -
" ............. the company remains well positioned, underpinned by it's robust business model, particularly through it's online platforms".
Blimey .... lol OK
That told us! You hear that Shandy?
Wow ,,,, quite a first post there!!
How do you know for certain that people won't be going out.... by say .. June?
And if there are no foreign holidays happening this year, the ladies might buy more tan than usual to look good??
So, we could well be shocked on the positive side when the results come. And 'there' is spelt 'their'!
Plus .... why did a director of Reckitt Benckiser buy a load of shares recently? Perhaps she doesn't know her business very well??!!
Nice surprise!
But we had been hit more than some of the other companies I follow. With such a small amount of shares, the lack of liquidity will always have an exaggerating effect on any movements here up, or down.
Some good words, and not so good in there.
"Singificantly slowed the sales of our brands through our bricks and mortar channels" is not so good, but to be expected (anyone would be silly NOT to expect that!)
But ..... "The Company's DTC channel, which accounted for c. 60% of revenue in FY 2019, continues to perform very well" is excellent to hear.
To buy, or not to buy ....... that is the question.
But isn't that always the question lol?
Nice little jump in the sp just then. Will it hold?
