Hello Joe. Yes, although I don't pretend to understand some of the legal terms, it is still interesting reading the court stuff as it rolls out.

I think it's puzzling a few of us Wanderer.
Someone is still trying to offload obviously. Maybe, a few people bought during the heavy drop, hoping for a quick bounce.
But the bounce didn't quite materialise, so they're just feeding them into the market for whatever they can get?
This is only a theory of mine. Probably wrong, but I can't think of any other good reasons for the continuing sells.

I am surprised we have not seen a few RNS's showing some large new holders.
Such a big percentage of the company being sold by a leaving director like that, surely they cannot all have been swallowed up by small private investors?

Is it a legal requirement? Or just etiquette?
