Share prices have a habit of drifting down gradually in periods of no news.

I see on the Court Listener site, something new has been put up.
But it just says "Notice (other)"??!!
Probably means absolutely nothing. A technical thing.
Or does it mean something is forthcoming?
I don't pretend to understand have the stuff on that site anyway! Lol

I know some people disagree, but I'm pretty sure we'll here no new news (other than "no change to report") about the court case. Would love too be wrong.

I just posted that article t to point out how some of the misunderstandings came about with wording like that!

It's no wonder there was slight confusion as to whether the Reckitt Benckiser settlement covered any of Indivior's potential liability.
When you read the second from last paragraph in the article of the link here, it is definitely misleading, bearing in mind the clear statement (in INDV's RNS of 11th July) saying "Indivior's case with the US Dept of Justice is separate from that of RB".

According to Google finance, INDV has e P/E if 1.4!
If by some chance the court case is dismissed, we have a bargain here.

So are we going to trade in a range of 40 - 42p till we hear from the courts? I'm assuming the figures next week won't change much as we already have a good idea of what to expect.

Perhaps it was RB jumping in with a big buy lol
