No one has touched on this before.In all honesty I find it difficult to imagine the government paying back all back costs of some $60 mill so I am hoping it’s the partners paying as you suggested could be the case.

If 60 mill are received on JDA ,then the price should easily triple from today’s price! Are the gov legally obliged to pay this sum? I wonder if the thought of paying this sum is delaying the process? Not deramping just wondering why this this process is taking a long time

My impression is we effectively get a free carry on the minority percentage and the partner funds the build in exchange for their majority percentage?

Wouldn’t it be far cheaper to bid for infa at say 6-10p a share and the bidding company keeps the lot at a fraction of the price!

Would have thought 30% max rather than 40% but hope I am wrong.Shareprice still a joke in my opinion.Even at 25% it’s worth 3p min in my opinion and goodness knows often get the grant!

I defer to your considerable research but don’t we need the terms of the equity funding before a view of future share prices can be taken?

Why didn’t we know their strategy before now out of interest?Why has it taken till now when a vote is being organised to remove them to reveal their strategy if they have one.You would have thought their plans would have revealed it by now after the share price collapse! I can’t see which of the two options are better presently ( either they are removed or not removed)

Well some on here think the Chinese directors might come to the rescue although they haven’t played their hands yet! So see what happens in that regard. I won’t be holding my breath but guzzler moaning won’t help matters even though I think he is justified in his frustration!

You seem to revel in this situation mate.Any frustration you feel is not going to improve matters so why not keep your cool and see what happen indtead of dying a thousand deaths beforehand!
