Screech.Looking at the immediate prices either side of that transaction it would certainly indicate a buy in my opinion.Also a million sell would have been very difficult at that price .They would have had to accept far lower given the prices near that transaction at the time in my opinion

You have demonstrated a total lack of understanding of the RNS.A book build is not the same as a hugely discounted placing.The possible placing is already discounted in my opinion and if the bidding for shares in the book building process is fierce then the the price could easily rise in my opinion!
