I don't get the spread 0.11 or 3.22% - massive by SXX standards - its almost as if the market don't quite know what is going on ?

Bellers - just got back from a day out in London with a couple of ex work colleagues doing that very thing !

Fred - know how you feel but compared to how long we've waited since planning ST1 and ST2, tedious though it is the latest decision on finance is not that far away.
Hopefully the bod will stick to their stated aims maximise shareholder value and minimise dilution. Positive news on finance - maybe within weeks, followed in fairly short order ( six months perhaps ) by derisking in terms of passing through the aquifer could change things massively for the better. All IMO as always DYOR, but if you've held this long whats a few more weeks or months ?

Now 6.29% - 2nd day on the trot Oasis have increased their position from nothing to 0.52% and now 0.64%
If we get bad news the boat will look very leaky - again. If not then they will get burned badly (along with the others).
Guess which option I hope for.

2.2m shares are just 5 transactions - apparently O trades, so either some day traders taking a profit ( against what position ? ) or a few more LTH giving up the ghost ?

No change reported in shorts. Maybe Monday will tell us if there is anything behind the last couple of days weird trading.
Friday is usually positive for SXX but not this week.

the spread narrows ( although it is still too wide )IMO.
Liquidity resolved ? Analysts or MM's getting ready to pack up for the day ? Sharp practice ?
Why keep the spread so wide all day by depressing the bid ( not the Ask or SP ) and then suddenly narrow the spread now ?

at 16:28 for 3.544 should help - but can't see whats holding the sp back as many more buys than sells unless some large late reported sells to come ?

The currency and code are shown - LSE don't indicate a buy or sell but trades of this exact size have appeared several times recently.
The Buy/Sell is calculated on the mid point - although the Market seems to be deliberately making it confusing to see where that is ? All a bit strange.

The weird drop to 3.36 was at 15:00. 16:19 now and the spread (2.37%) still shows a bid of 3.372 v sp of 3.454 and Ask 3.454 ?

With a PRIC ( NEGOTIATED TRADE TYPE ) CODE.

What I'm trying to understand is how with a couple of large buys just before 15:00 a string of sells - but totalling less managed to drop the sp by 0.15p ?
No change in shorts reported yet - the 8m trade might be a short closing but still seems counter intuitive.
