Blue light add Abingdon to the list - DHSC will not settle any bills with them until the judicial review ( due to be heard in Dec 2021 ) has been heard. Surprisingly their sp tanked even further today on this news - I think they are down to around 35p now from 100p at IPO. Shockingly bad treatment for the diagnostic industry they said they wanted to set up.

Tories the party of business, building a UK diagnostic business, (as long as it’s your mates and you're getting a slice) ?
I just cannot understand why they seem so dead set on doing anything except use superior, UK manufactured tests, although I believe there will be a big market for private tests, ie we pay for them, as soon as the government decide to stop paying for them. We are safe in their hands, not.

ABDX dispute with DHSC has no bearing on NCYT dispute with DHSC.
Hopefully our dispute is about to be resolved.

Looks like they are digging themselves a bigger and bigger hole.
DHSC are saying they will not pay ABDX until the judicial review of the evidence brought against ABDX is heard - scheduled for Dec 2021. Unsurprisingly ABDX are down 18% today.
The DHSC, who seem adept at dirty tricks and avoiding or delaying payment due, are even lower in my estimation after reading the RNS, than they were previous to today ( which was pretty low ).

C Perkin spot on. Added another 15000 shares yesterday niw just ignoring the rubbish and waiting to see what happens.
If the sp goes low enough to allow me to average down ( very unlikely imo ) I will otherwise it’s just a case of enduring the market reaction and waiting, not very long I hope, for news.

An easy 40% for the quick - not selling but added 15000 at 11p just under my average.
GLA LTH still only the 1st drill more to come and the Helium is there.

Until we know something - by which time any deals will be long done and dusted, which is just how HMG want it.

Valju I held shares in SXX - lost £49k and sadly this is feeling very familiar.
In their case JPM who were offering to loan money ( but never quite managed to get the right terms ) also shorted the company via High bridge driving the price down from a high of 45p to 2.5p at which point AAL came along with a “generous” offer of 5p per share. This was forced through a court meeting by II's and 85,000 PI's, me amongst them lost between 75% and virtually everything they had. A hard lesson to learn -so I'm not so exposed here, but this protracted period of avridiculously low sp is starting to make me twitchy.

Took that as a cue for some more good news prior and topped up averaged down again today.

I think a very close examination of just what the government has been up to and exactly what it’s trying to achieve is long overdue. The damage done to ODX GDR NCYT while they (HMG) behave as if they have no accountability and it’s quite acceptable to stitch up the UK diagnostic industry while the Innova dodgy deals keep on happening is becoming more of an issue for me than orders and contracts now.
