I for one hope if the company cannot announce a resolution at the AGM - )maybe that’s why they announced it 1 month and 9 days in advance)? they seriously consider legal action perhaps jointly with others affected ABDX, ODX etc or find some other way of getting the dispute out of the way as it’s impact on the sp is completely disproportionate.
This has dragged on long enough to be resolved unless of course HNG are a cynical bunch who have us just where they want us. Either way it’s time to resolve ( settle the 20m disputed stock write off the 70m unpaid and move on - it would cost far less in real terms than the totally unwarranted continuing impact on the sp IMO.

Not sure today’s vague rehash of the last vague rehash helped much.
Another 7% off the sp is something we could all ( you included I assume ) do without.
Do us all a favour and don't say anything else for now, (unless it’s really positive) and please rehearse it first and think through the implications before you do.

syndrome if you trade presumably you will sell on your target price, 15p 20p 25p ?
Probably a lot earlier than this who invest ( to be honest not sure I can say I am an investor as I will sell if the price touches anything over say £1 ) however while traders looking for a few % may increase liquidity they will also probably increase volatility. IMO more volatility is not something I'd welcome just now a decent plan and a slow steady recovery until the next critical point discovery or another problem will do just fine.

Not apparently having a fall back plan does not inspire confidence - which is very disappointing given the confidence exuded to that point. It’s like installing new software on a computer system without taking a backup. Not good and likely to bite you in the a*se.

Even though we expected a more positive outcome I wasn’t too concerned as getting lucky on the first drill would have been unusual even with good data. I was surprised that the RNS was lacking a plan b but thought, as it seems do others that a few days to consider the next move would not be unreasonable, if a bit concerning. However it’s now a week since the news and drop from 26p to 12.50p. Each day that passes without news the sp loses a little more as confidence wavers.
Definitely time to put a plan on the table - I don't want the opportunity to top up or average down, just some idea of what HE1 have in mind.
