Only one T-indicator has this as 'oversold' all the rest are stating 'Sell'. It has developed a R2 resistance of 3.8 which is no great leap from here.

Suggest in the current cicumstance , investor fatigue and more bad news will send this further down.

It's worth pointing out that the coupon on the Bond is paid every quarter. It's around £1.4 million (see page 12 of prospectus). Next payment due 21st December. Along with very generous wages, these guys are bleeding money very fast against no income.

I found it highly suspicious that it took crude 1.5 hours to comment on the resignation RNS last week.

He then posts a comment that looks like it was cut and paste from an email.

There is a huge assumption that a deal actually exisits.

As Oilman_Jim pointed out, announcing a deal was most likely a gambit to get the share price back up so Marco could sell his remaining shares on the hype.

The gambit failed and so Marco allowed JP out to go and prepare the next nest whilst the chattering classes hypothesise and wring their hands over the 'deal'.

It's a bait and switch' tactic, all the while the company is getting moved from under you nose.

PNE79 - At the end of the day only an idiot would think that they would get their full investment back now. The only point in pursuing JP et al would be to ensure they are curtailed in doing it again.

Once that document is out of the country, it will be almost impossible to stop them.

People should have been getting angry at 20p and not 3/4p, that's too late.

Put simply, at the current rate this company could have delisted by the end of this month.
