At the rate Cohen is reducing, Bacal will only need to add 2% from where he is at to become the biggest shareholder on the board. I would suspect then we could see some pretty explosive action. Remember Vernon is totally off the board at Christmas. So it's not beyond the realms that Bacal and Vernon could join forces here and create a consolidated bid.
