Base on a £100m facility and the 16% ratio this should be 10-12p on the first run of business.

They can't raise again until after the AGM.

It's clear the raise was to pay for the KPMG report but I'm suprised they knobbled their own SP by the level they raise at.

This should bethrough 3p by now.

They need more news and fast as compounding the Raise RNS into the KPMG announcement was pretty poor.

Don't think anyone is saying this will Doom/Tank. Just good to get proportion as a counter to all the rampy BS.

S - Highly dependent on the news. Facility / Audit etc.

The market has waited long enough. I just don't think they can pull the same stunt that they did last year. Stringing eveyrone along through xmas with some 'Product Launch' nonsense that didn't happen until March.

Stretcham - Been listening to rampy BS on this stock for 8 months. The rampers are the biggest enemy of this stock. They attract in the wrong sort of investor/trader. Hence the reason why we have dropped 25% in less than a week.

It's not they mystic 'MMs' it's the twitter idiots and their emoji rockets and BOOM nonsense who attract in the rainbow chasers looking for 5 bags in 48 hours.

Please repeat the same sentence but this time in English.

Realistic thoughts on SP increase - I know it's hard to tell but I'm thinking maybe, on solid news, we hit the 5p mark before xmas.

Steve - I'm not impatient but just twitchy at the ramping to be honest. This thing has form in that department.

Say , considering an 'RNS' could drop at any minute the SP doesn't seem to have any upward vitality.

You'd had though, with all the hype, people would be quoing up to buy these shares now.

LB28 - Can't help but wonder who you are, looking at the date you joined LSE last year (with this profile) 2nd December.

Any thoughts on where this will likely be on the signing of the facility etc?

LB28 - It's not crazy. If you know this stock then you'll realise that people are suspicious that this has gone through it's tradtional Nov/Dec ramp by Darth Trader and crew.

Just like last year, lot and lots of promises and then no RNS. Then 'its coming in Jan' , then 'It's coming in Feb'

All this 'Team is in town' stuff was pulled last year too.

In short they need an RNS off the back of that 'Very Shortly' comment, which normally indicates around 2 weeks. It was 3 weeks ago.

Normally that indicates a few days , maybe a week. It's been 2 weeks.

Blah Blah patience and all that but these guys need to capitalise on the election result.

TL - Looks like they are dropping it all the way to zero for fill this order , yesterday.

When will people realise that there is no 'deal' , it was a smoke screen to get people out.

I mean , couldn't they have picked a more inconvenient place or date. Seems to be they don't want investors there.
