Hi dfg, I can agree with your sentiment. I would suggest better to look at Greenfield, where all the work is being done. TOM have never been even adequate in keeping shareholders updated. The FEED report will come from Petroteq, as it is their equipment. When Greenfield have the FEED report, DD on their lease, enabling announcing of the finance, that news will come from Greenfield/TOM. Feed before end July, they say, finance by end of August. Not long now.

The author of that comment probably never researched it.

If it is Shell, only if, perhaps that is why the major oil company was never mentioned by name in the rns.

Reversed into TOM or not.Valkor a large and successful engineering company and Stephen Byle will have a good relationship with banks in that area, funding should be no problem.

It is a private company as is Valkor. If you want information on how is Greenfield’ being run read up on Valkor and their boss Stephen Byle, and you will see that TOM is in good hands.

Minilil I have known who own Greenfield since it’s inception. It will be Greenfield, the company that will obtain the finance. Not Tom, not Valkor, but the joint company Greenfield. End of for me. Tom will not be raising finance by a placing of shares or warrants to raise the finance, for the lease or the plant.

Minimal, have you been reading what is going on, your post is completely lacking any knowledge of the advantages of Greenfield.

1. Greenfield is jointly owned by VALKOR and Tom.
2. The $110 million dollar finance is to pay for he purchase of the lease, and to build the plant.
3. Neither company will separately have to raise any finance.

Thank you Fitzy, I have been wondering why people have been selling. I think they reckon they will put their money elsewhere until Greenfield, start to produce oil. Well, they have produced oil, just building a bigger plant, except, like a lot of commodities, the big boys wait, for example, in gold. Don’t explore, they wait for the small explorers to find gold, then buy them up. I believe now as previously explained,, for many reasons, TOM/GREENFIELD, are now takeover targets, before even producing another barrel of oil.
