Well, I am excited over this rns. I think it is the most important rns by TOM since it’s inception. Why? Because it is on its way to be an oil producer. However I consider this paragraph to be the most important:-

. A sample of produced oil is being shipped to a large oil refinery owned by a major US oil company for their evaluation later this week.

Also I believe this word significant “their”. Did the major oil company request it? The oil produced from GREENFIELDS site will be evaluated. If this major oil company’s findings equate with GREENFIELDS findings they will discover:

1. Clean oil
2. Fetching $75 a barrel with no costs
3. Sale of sand covers recovery costs

No other oil in the world can produce these figures of clean oil and all profit on sales. Investors haven’t caught on yet to the value of Greenfield.

Not forgetting TOM’S leases in this region. Plus in the middle of the USA, Minimum transportation costs. WAKE UP INVESTORS!!!

What is importants iis that production of sand and oil is ongoing.

Why? The $110,000,000 is to pay for both plant and purchase of the lease.

So, here is my view, reasons to be cheerful, going back to the last massive fundraising:-

1. At that time oil was about $40 or less. Today it is $73 pbo. More than doubling any profit, makes the placing look smaller.

2. We didn’t know that the sand can be sold at about $15 a ton, which almost covers production costs. So selling price of WTI will be about $70 pho, plus maybe a premium because it is clean. So, the selling price of $70 pho, which is all profit, against $20 profit before as envisaged as Greenfield was born.

3.so approx in today’s figures, who knows what will happen over the next 2 years, $50 pho better off. $500,000 per day on selling a 10,000pbo plant. Probably about an extra $150, 000,000 profit per annum

4. The land for production is being bought, well, a down payment, anyway, saving $318,000,000 over 20 years. So add $30,000,000 to the 150 min.

5. PreFeed should be out end of this month /beginning next.

7. Oil going to Quadrise to see if it can be further cleaned to fetch a higher sell price for the oil. Make your own judgement on that. Quad rise shareholders say it will, I am neutral on that

8.no placing required, a key point for most small-time investors

9.original cost of the plant was $180,000,000. Now the estimate is $110,000,000 AND that includes buying the lease. That is about £80,000,000.

10. Our BOD, after awarding themselves the warrants for overseeing the sp go from the placing of 0.0045 to .0054, they may take an interest and keep shareholders updated. Well, they couldn’t do worse than last year could they?

11. Last but not least, rmart is back in. His post on a take-over not beyond the realms of possibility.

I realise all my figures are conjecture, but you can only go on current prices, and all the portends for oil are bullish.

So, I can’t think of a good reason to sell unless you are looking to buy a ticket back from Portugal

Agreed stated, noses in the trough. I don’t think it is directors buying their options. I think that with a lot of news due, the directors decided now was a good time for warrants, as they are expecting sp to rise with news. Hope they spread the news out, over a couple of weeks/months to get some momentum going. Maybe a bid in the offing?.

Orslega, that is what is said in the rns. It did not mention a placing, just funds. The price has come down from $180 million to $110,000 for both land lease and plant. It is halved, and price of oil has doubled. So, it is a stonking rns. TOM have a reputation of confusing their facts or not giving the full story. Nomad, is pathetic always changes wording.

The will be NO placing to fund the complete purchase of the land or for plant construction. FACT.

Wrong Orslega, the $110 million includes the money for the lease as well. The down payment of $2 million Tom has paid 100,000, need another $900000, which should be covered by the outstanding owed by Greenfield. Forget the placing.

They didn’t say there would be another placing. WTI now $73.34 pbo. That is far more important and easier for raising finance.

They didn’t say another placing, however left unclear that there would not be another placing. Idiot Chairman, they haven’t a clue how to write an rns. When will the large shareholders ever realise that thec directors are a bunch of dorks.

Because it is now a financial instrument, you can only list with a share price equivalent to revenue on the company’s books.

It depends from which site the ore sample will be sent. The ore on the PQE SITE is not as rich as the ore from the Greenfield lease, from where the oil sample when produced will be sent. Which is why I think there is a delay in sending the sample to QFI until end June. Aimho.

Hi Toby, well, the way I would look at it, is that if Greenfield can get full WTI price and not need QFI, TOM should fetch a higher price. QFI Can only be justified, if MSAR increases the sale price more than QFI will ask for use of their technology. Aimho.
