If the deadline is the 15th, they may not want to hand over $5 million until last minute. Standard business practice in some places.
The radio silence is the norm from the BOD at Tomco, I find that they’re not great at communication.
You got that right buy-sell.
Petroteq should have had a presence at Glasgow.
WoganFC you forgot to add the value of the sand. Add 50% to your figures. We don’t yet know how much the oil newcomer will add to volume of oil. 1000bod?, another 15-20%.
Give him a call, he normally answers.
You have got that right!
Shares of Petroteq Energy Inc (OTCMKTS: PQEFF) saw $6.6 million in trading volume on Tuesday alone after news of a $500-million takeover offer from Viston United Swiss AG..
I doubt they will sell for that.
Why state the obvious?
This is what is called a joke of a post from a very poor deramper. No head for figures.
I wouldn’t worry Lee, now that Valkor are fully on board. A strong presence in Utah for Greenfield.
I think it might be a rollover.
FFS mlnlmll, they are not even producing at the moment. As usual your post based on false presumptions. No one can forecast the future with any degree of certainty

How do you get $12 million loss minimil? No projected figures yet. Just another misguided guess. I guess.
There is more than enough for Greenfield to add to what it now owns. No need to go outside the USA.
Well, I am not entirely clear that TOM will be involved in this new extraction process. Whilst I am in agreement with clean oil, this is a funding for nothing, as far as I can see, they pay out nothing from the company’s funds, and no placing is required. So, I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions.
It is not TOM raising £1.7 million, if someone else wants to pay it. Sounds like good economic sense to me
I doubt if it will be PQE. Valkor, Yes.
Forgive me lack of knowledge guys, but I was wondering with this MSAR system, whether a company will be able to order the quality of fuel that they require? I am sure you Quadrise guys will probably know. Thiago.
Just be patient. You will be rewarded.
