I held ZNWD for 5 years same as KOD. At least the ZNWD and ALL deals will leave me with a bit of profit. I missed all my chances of that with Kodal so I'm happy about those buyouts. Maybe one more buyout here ... ? That would make Hainan's life easier :)

5p plus shares it was worked out from a 10p estimate at the time, but the shares were set at a fixed ratio based on that price so hopefully AMG goes up before the sale goes through. Not an amazing price for the potential but ZNWD was running out of money and needed to do something so at least now it's not going to zero. Was anybody watching the volume there this week? Volume went from almost nothing to about 1m per day on the run up. Deffo a leak/insider trading right? Right?

Hopefully the market likes the look of this (quite significant) lithium acquisition in a lithium bull market, and AMG's share price rises between now and completion of the deal.

I'm not over the moon about this... it's fine I guess? I hadn't seen the RNS because I only check LSE and apparently it's not working.

Buying started on Monday so I guess a little insider trading before the RNS came out.

I could've sold in Jan for profit but I hoped it would go higher. My average is .44 after originally investing at 0.11. I gradually put more and more into this because to me it seemed to be progressing well and I am/have been bullish on Lithium since then. Hainan getting involved at 0.5 convinced me that there was a floor of around .50. I obviously misunderstood this game.

Sorry Mac but I'm a real Joe. I appreciate I share a name with one of his accounts but I am not a Bernie or Kodal hater I am just disappointed that after 5 years I'm down on an investment that I had multiple opportunities to exit with big profits.

What a mess. What a terrible "investment" this has been for me. Should've traded the news spikes years ago and then run for the hills...

@Rob7890 You are assuming that the outcome of this Q&A would be positive and push the share price higher. The reality might be worse than we think and maybe that's why he's always so quiet.

I kept reading and right now I feel less bothered. I am now speculating that it's just a bit of noise caused by the arbitration and not the disaster I had perhaps thought it could turn out to be.

@MacLSE25 Gemini specifically said the word used is important. In this case resignation is a specific legal term and triggers the 10 day processing window you see in the filing history because "Resignation" is generally seen as a bad thing (as opposed to retirement or removal) and hints at an issue with accounts, and if they are resigning because of an issue with the accounting then they must disclose their concerns.

"Where there are matters connected with an auditor's ceasing to hold office that the auditor considers need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the company, the statement under this section must include details of those matters."

I don't like the sound of the auditor resignation. I don't know how to read into it myself but from an AI chat I have the impression that it's almost always a bad thing. Other terminology would be used for a normal departure, and resignation suggests they are giving up because the accounts are "unauditable" which could be down to the outstanding arbitration. But for some reason it seems they think they won't even be able to provide a "qualified audit" (which could omit that arbitration and keep us in line with regulatory requirements) which hints at a more serious issue with the accounts or not being granted proper access to accounts.

Anybody got any other thoughts on it? I'm probably just going to sit on my hands and wait for an RNS which should be imminent. The other thing the AI bot came up with is that the longer it takes to get a related RNS, the more suspicious and likely negative it is. Although a delay just could be a quick attempt to resolve something like hiring a new auditor so that the RNS can give a more complete story.

This morning T212 said the price hit 0.39 but then I see it's actually sitting at about 0.34, same as it was before the terrorist nonsense in Mali was reported. Yahoo doens't even log a high of 0.39 for today so idk where T212 get their stupid numbers from. Back to bed I suppose until something changes...

I was always here for the lithium primarily but hoped something would come of the gold... Still ridiculous that the market cap is around the same price as a couple of shipments.
