GB33. Am in complete agreement with both your points. It's the most plausible account of what's going on. I think the PFS is done and dusted, we need short term funding agreed, then we see it. Maybe CBS is right with his theory of extending some deadlines. As much as I don't like the Riverfort deal, I will welcome it right now. But who are the others they claim to be talking to re short term funding ? And is it just $2.4m we are talking about ?

I have been sitting back and observing comments here and elsewhere for a while.

Without plausible explanations for failing to deliver, one can only assume we've been lied to.

There is clearly two camps now when it comes to RY. We have people, (self included) who have been extremely supportive of RY for many years, but recent events, or should I say, lack of them, have left us bewildered, let down, cynical, angry, sceptical towards Robin and his band of merry men. This is entirely his own doing, there's no conspiracy here to round up on him.

In the other camp we have the, you can't criticize or complain about RY, even with factually correct assessments, this is an extremely dangerous ideology to adopt. This thought process is clouding your judgment, for example,

Post yesterday, Mon 19:52 is factually correct, but was met with a head in the sand reply post, Mon 20:40.

Most comments made yesterday by mikewozere, are again fact, not fiction, no witch hunt going on, but each point he makes, its countered with obsequious remarks.

I don't agree with a lot of what some posters put here, but some of their criticism is justified. Whether you like it or not, RY's recent and current communications management is, by any standard, unacceptable.

All members of the board, must be held accountable for their actions and statements. This is our money our investment they're f***ng around with.

When you look at Mr. Robert W. Schafer statement in last RNS and consider 2018 drill results, coupled with lower funding requirements, the burgeoning demand for battery materials, it should not prove to be a very difficult task for a smart and savvy management team to secure the right funding package.

Then this,

An important consequence of this is that it will greatly lessen, but not eliminate, the Company's requirement for further funding while we develop and work through the corporate development programme in 2018/19."

So the requirement for further on going funding will be greatly reduced after this drill season, they are also "confident that they will be able to raise funds in the near future"

Again we see the phrase near future, yet still no news, One would think at this stage, with all our, in demand resource and a "greatly reduced" funding requirement, it would be an attractive proposition to secure less on better terms.
I just hope, Mr. Robert W. Schafer has been straight with us, regarding the financial statement in the last RNS.

All shareholders deserve some answers to this never ending saga.

This has now moved on from not delivering promised news. It's obvious from reading various forums, many concerned shareholders have legitimately contacted the company, seeking clarification on issues. as is their right.
To ignore all bona fide questions is highly irregular and it sends the wrong message, not even a holding response, which is the norm if things are at a delicate stage.

We all accept he cannot discuss privileged information, but to just blank everyone is wholly unacceptable, whether you're for or against him, there is no denying that this is extremely poor management. He will be fully cognizant of the general mood amongst us.

It appears RY has adopted a complete communications blackout, which is at odds with this company statement,

Many on advfn and here have sent emails to RY, as is their right as concerned shareholders, seeking clarification to many statements made by the CEO. He, for some reason is choosing to ignore those shareholders.

The asinine and vacuous among us will defend him blindly and make his excuses, giving him the courage to continue to take the urine.

This years AGM is the time to stand up and be counted. The Chairman and CEO must be accountable for their actions and statements.
