I see some people on different forums, using the NDA theory as the reason for this prolonged silence . We have zero evidence that this is the case.
If the company are bound by such document, then there is a large risk at this sp we may get the Richard Roundtree treatment.

NDA or CA, "It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties, typically to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets."

It does not stop the company informing the market that an NDA is in place with a potential strategic partner or A N Other, unless RY has allowed a clause prohibiting him from stating that, if he has, then he's let the shareholders down.

If there is no NDA in place, then we're already getting the Richard Roundtree treatment.

Why would any ongoing discussions with any third party, prevent the company from updating 2018 drill results and PFS ?
Or is RY in a cul de sac with no sense of direction ?

The cargo volume, hence value to the company, is price sensitive. To release these numbers outside of RNS would do no good for their, already poor record of corporate governance.

So a , "Nudge nudge, wink wink say no more!",,,,,,,,,, doesn't quite cut it.

The omission of any detail is a little rude and disrespectful of the company owners.
